The apartment is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The views of the forest was very refreshing. Loved the natural and cross ventilation. Most of the times we just had the windows open and didn't have to use the AC even in this peak summer. The stay felt very comfortable just like home with all the necessary things available. Kitchen is very well equipped. We could easily cook our little meals. The way you have done up the apartment is beautiful. We especially loved the bar set-up, very good! The society is very warm and friendly. There is peaceful silence and the pool is amazing. Also appreciate your prompt response and daily check on how we are doing. I have no complaints but only would want to suggest a few things to make your place even better : 1. Arrange for exhaust in the kitchen and toilets. 2. Fan regulator works on only highest speed. Can check on that. 3. The toilet is very spacious, you can add a glass partition for the shower will help keep the other area dry.

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

Great place. It's a bit quiet inside the society campus, which I liked. The beach is within walking distance, and the house has all the necessary amenities. I think a few more basic cooking utensils would have been better.

The stay is very spacious and the views are amazing. The caretaker is just 1 call away at any point, very prompt service and housekeeping was coming everyday

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Palolem! The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. All our requests were handled promptly, and the host was kind enough to extend our checkout time, which really helped us out. Our group of friends stayed at this place for 3 days. The property is located at a peaceful , accessible location and gives perfect vibe of South Goa! The place is exactly the way its described and shown in pictures. House is neat and clean. Swimming pool in the society is clean. We enjoyed pool time. Three cheers to the helpful Host! We stayed at this lovely Airbnb as a group of 8 and had a wonderful experience. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. The caretaker was always available and incredibly sweetalways ready to help us out with anything we needed. We really appreciated the early check-in and the time given to freshen up after our journey. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations for local food, hotels, and places to visit, which made our trip even smoother. The location is perfect if you're looking for something between North and South Goa,everything is within a 25-minute drive. Overall, the hospitality was top-notch and we highly recommend this place. Definitely a must-visit!

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.
