What a beautiful property! Perfectly located, minutes away from great tourist spots. Highway is 100 metres away, so convenience was not an issue. Food served was the winner, the didi handling kitchen is incredible! Clean hygienic rooms, spacious practical common areas to sit and a cosy bonfire on both days made our trip complete!

Rahul’s place is around 10-15 mins away from the city centre but very conveniently located. The peaceful surroundings adda up to the natural beauty. The view is simply breathtaking. Rahul was very responsive and catered to all our needs. He is indeed a very nice and helpful person. One thing that requires a special mention - The Food! Simply awesome. Highly recommend this place at Mahabaleshwar.

first of all the host Mr. Narayan sir is incredible. he was communicating with me two three days before our arrival and also informed that there is a repair work going on in wai hence come from kudal road and he was in touch with us during our journey to panchgani asking where we reached and he personally came to pick us from the nearby landark and helped us during checkin as the caretaker was not there. As far as place is concerned it is a calm and peaceful place and distanced from crowded roadside stays. We enjoyed the stay due to its scenery and peaceful nature. The caretaker Ms. Pratiksha cooks tasteful food and as per our order she had served tasteful breakfast and dinner to us. To conclude we strongly recommend this place for family. Great stay with an amazing host who was quick and responsive. It's one hour away from Mahabaleshwar, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it's an awesome place; highly recommend.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The location is really in the nature with trees, monkeys and birds around. We were in the 2 room Villas and they are very spacious and match the description and are look even better than the photos. The pool is surrounded by trees and can be really refreshing in the summer. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food is very homely and was really good. Overall we felt very happy to choose this stay and would do it again.

Loved the stay here. The view from road facing rooms was stunning and the magic happened when we actually explored the 2nd floor of this property, there was a garden welcoming us with grass and beautiful flowers all over, will surely visit this place again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Panchgani! The property was spacious and very comfortable, providing ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy. What truly made our trip special were the fantastic helpers. They were incredibly nice, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really made a difference. We highly recommend this villa for a family getaway and would love to return!

Overall stay experience was good. Place was good and clean. however Complimentary Breakfast was not organised well and there were not much menu options. Breakfast could have been organised better

Great place to stay. The surrounding peaceful. The property was great and very peaceful. Closer to table top and Sydney point. Rooms were clean. Linen was also clean. Supervisor lady was very helpful and food was awsome and hygienic. Very helpful with all the needs. Overall a great place to stay and spend time with your family.

The place was literally amazing. Surrounded by nature and serenity, we felt instant easy and calm. It has a very beautiful garden area thats great for sitting hours and hours. The kids were running around and you can simply sit in the swing to watch them. It was a colonial Era property so the furniture were bit old but great in maintenance. Just loved the place.

We had a great stay at the Odd Gumnut's Shyama Bunglow. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Shyama Bumglow is beautifully designed by Kunal and Laura, which makes you instantly fall in love the house. Thank you, Kunal and your entire staff.

We had a wonderful stay with extended family (group of 13, with kids n parents). 1. Beautiful Villa and exactly as in pictures and as described. 2. Host Sachin and the caretaker were really helpful with clear n proactive instructions on location, route. 3. Had discussion on food arrangements in advance so all was set n ready on our arrival. 4. Everything was fully functional and loved the experience with entire service staff. Very helpful, polite, responsive and accommodating!! 5. Food quality and quantity was also great! Small things like adhering to food timing can be surely improved a bit but their awesome attitude covers it all. 6. Swimming pool is bit smaller and water was really cold but that's weather. 7. Living room, a really spacious hall is the highlight of property. Perfect for large gatherings and elegant decor with personal touch. Everyone really felt right at ease. 8. Kids had a blast with gaming room while our group enjoyed music gathering and lively group activities.

It was evident that the caretaker poured his heart into cooking, and the portions were wonderfully generous. We highly recommend this location and eagerly anticipate our next visit.
