We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

What a beautiful villa, the pictures don’t do this place justice. The vibe in that villa is something else, which can’t be explained with words. The place was an absolute bargain for the price we paid. It’s very close to the popular food/party places. The caretaker, Rasheed, is an amazing guy, who provided us with everything we needed, gave us a tour of the place, and kept the place very neat and tidy.

Though we chose the single bedroom apartment for only a 1 night stay, the location and comfortable stay at the apt made out visit to Benaulim memorable. The ambience was top-notch. Very clean and neatly maintained with all necessary equipments/kitchenware. Walkable distance to beach and lot of great restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended for a small family or a couple.

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! Really we loved the place. Great hospitality, immediate response from hosts. We felt very safe and secure, surrounded by beautiful nature. Property was well maintained, clean and created homely atmosphere. Pool was well maintained with certain temperatures and all. Overall it was a great experience with reasonable price. Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

We had a lovely stay at Saksham place. Incredibly peaceful and private. Very smooth check in and Saksham accommodated us with an early check in. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony was amazing to relax on in the mornings with a coffee. My partner loved the swing (I feel we may be purchasing one after this stay for our own balcony) We spent many mornings there watching all of the local wildlife. It’s nicely located where everything is a short drive away. All in all we would most certainly stay here again and are looking forward to returning later on in the year. Thankyou Saksham.
