Thanks Escavana team for a wonderfully kept property. Whole team makes their best efforts for a hassle free and enjoyable stay. Caretaker Mr Panna and team did a great job in housekeeping. Linen/towels/Pillows were top notch. Iron and hairdryers were provided. Dove/Tressme/Lux branded toiletries. Soundbar with woofer was provided. All kitchen appliances and crockery/cutlery was good quality. Small small things like scissors, bottle opener, washing machine detergent, all-out mosquito repellants were taken care of. Basement parking with lift was specially helpful during continuous rains. Swimming pool and adjoining sit out areas were very clean. Thanks Escavana team.

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. We had a wonderful stay in Unico Luzo. The place was fantastic and was well equipped with required amenities. Host Nita was very supportive and responsive. The housekeeping staff cleaned the place daily which kept the premise clean and it lit the ambiance. Overall we had a good stay and this place is highly recommended.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Everything was great host was responsive. Some wifi problems but thats outside of the hosts control, hard to get phone data on property. Overall though, it was clean, luxurious and accessible.

We stayed at this lovely Airbnb as a group of 8 and had a wonderful experience. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

overall we had a very pleasant stay, we did not face any issue at all. everything was well communicated and taken care of. It was a nice and comfortable stay. My husband and I were there for just an overnight stay but look forward to coming back here again.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through.
