Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Caucasus Mountains

Very friendly family that will meet you, welcome you and even give you some home made treats. A cool and comfortable place to spend a day or two. Be aware that the second bed is a bit shorter for an adult. Recommend!

The three of us had a very nice stay in the apartment in early June. We easily reached the apartment with our car. The terrace is a dream. The apartment is very comfortable and clean overall. Guga and his parents are very friendly.

Very nice apartment in the center of Kutaisi. The location was very central and you could walk everywhere. It was a bit noisy in the evening but it was in the city center. The communication was very good. Mariam is proactive and helped us with our needs immediately! She got us a parking permit and we were able to store our luggage for longer. We can highly recommend this accommodation and Mariam and look forward to staying there again in a few days. Thank you very much!

Unique place! Very special decor, almost a museum. Quiet place with a beautiful view. Parking at the door. Restaurants within walking distance and also the start of the hike to Trinity Church is close by. Saba is a great host and gives great restaurant tips! (Some of his Airbnb travel guides were closed, so he thought about other options). Recommended for a stay in Kazbegi!

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.

We enjoyed our stay here, was easy to reach the park and also some cafes and restaurants nearby just walking. The apartment has a cute garden between the kitchen/bathroom and the sleeping room which is super nice to relax. I would recommend bringing some kind of sleeping mask though if you’re a light sleeper as it can get quite bright in the mornings ☀️ Would stay in Ana’s apartment again for sure!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. Great location, very comfortable furniture, enjoyed sitting out on the balcony having a coffee. So much to see and do. Would love to visit again and stay here as a perfect base for exploring. Thank you :)

We loved staying at this Airbnb! It was clean and comfortable. The location was great - lots to do in the area and a beautiful part of the city. The hosts were also very helpful and kind. They responded quickly and even came out to the apartment to help us with a small issue. I would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood is great, everything is reachable by walk. The place itself is cozy and has everything to have a good rest. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfectly clean and well-kept, with all the amenities we needed. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The view from the bedroom was stunning — we even got to watch a beautiful thunderstorm through the window, like a free show from nature. Would absolutely stay again!

Ana was a great host. We arrived in Tbilisi a bit early, and she accepted us before the check-in time. The house is very authentic, clean, organized and cozy. We were satisfied with everything.

We totally enjoyed staying at Giorgio’s place for 3 nights. Very well located away from the noise of the center of town, but walkable distance and AMAZING view from the two bedrooms we stayed. Also we enjoyed Giorgio’s mom’s complimentary breakfast cakes which are so rustic and delicious !

This was my first trip to Tbilisi, and Vano was extremely helpful with his info on checking in. The place was perfect for what I wanted. Great view and was in a perfect part of town. Vano was always responsive if I had a question. Checking out was a breeze as well. In short visiting Georgia was one my greatest life experiences and I’d truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool place to stay during your time.

I’m really happy with my experience living in Manana’s apartment. The place was spacious and comfortable, and I especially appreciated how quickly she responded, no matter the time of day. I also loved the location — everything was super close, with tons of grocery stores and pharmacies just around the corner. Getting to the city center was easy too. Big thanks to Manana, and I wish her all the best with future guests!

One of the amazing Airbnb I’ve ever stayed! Located 6 minutes away from the central and 15 minutes away from the old town! They gave the full package experience and amenities airbnb like the hotel room, and the host easy to contact! You gonna love with the view and balcony and additionally they have private terrace , try to go up in the night, you will experience the amazing city view ever!
