Overall we were very satisfied with the house, 9 people were very comfortable and stayed for 4 nights. Although our flight hours were bad, we had no problems with check-in and checkout. It is only necessary to walk a little or use a taxi as most of the places to visit are on the opposite side of the river, it is very close to the factory, there are 24-hour markets right nearby. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and it was spotless.

Luiza is one of those people who instantly makes you feel like you’re visiting family. She welcomed us with so much warmth and care, it didn’t feel like we were staying at an Airbnb — it felt like home. The house is surrounded by beautiful old houses, with awesome views to all the city. Apartment has a nice balcony where you can chill in the evening. Overall experience was great.

Fully equipped with furniture, kitchen and bathroom technique. The apartment is located on the 7th floor, two elevators are available. You can find a 24-hour supermarket at the location and free parking at the complex with 24/7 security. Very comfortable and cozy place, suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Tina always responded promptly, welcomed me warmly, and allowed me to use the kitchen to cut fruit, and provided containers for me to store in the fridge in the room.The house is near the bus station, about 5 minutes walk from SPAR supermarket, but there is a little distance to other major attractions, such as the city wall, but fortunately, the town is not big, and it is quite fast to walk.The room is surrounded by woods, very quiet, you can see the sunrise in the valley in the morning, it is very suitable for a person to daydream.Recommended for friends who want to stay in Signagi for one night.

We did not meet the host, we communicated with his assistant, Gleb, on the spot. Gleb is very responsive, pleasant, advised us places around the city. The apartment is more suitable for one person, but for a short period of time you can spend time together without problems.

Thanks for the hospitality, Zaza The room is warm, with modern renovation and private entrance. The house is located on a quiet street on the side of the park, all the main places of Borjomi are within walking distance. Hot water, wi-fi, kitchen - everything works. We felt like friends in our communication and would love to come back again. Recommended!

Great clean and modern but not the place in the photographs on the website! I was sent a selection of photos shortly before I arrived but I presumed they were further ones of the place I had booked. When I arrived at the address it was not the place I was staying but a couple of local guys rang the owner and they drove me to the correct place. The apartment does not have a washing machine or sitting area other than a table and 2 chairs as shown in the original set of photos on Booking. Com. I have to say the place is sparkling new and very comfortable with a lovely view from 23 floors up. Plenty of eating places and the Big Wheel is about a 25 minute walk. I would certainly stay again. It is remarkable value for money.

Clean and comfortable apartment located in a traditional neighborhood. You are in a quiet safe and secure area, but close to many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Liberty square is a five minute walk, there you can take the metro or buses to anywhere in the city. The place is clean, with good WiFi, hot water, air conditioning and a big comfortable bed. The area is safe even at night and you will be among other Georgian residents as your neighbors. Delia met me and checked me in. She is an excellent host, who is friendly and always available and quick to respond. She will go out of her way to ensure you have an excellent stay in Tbilisi. Highly recommend.
