The location, layout, comfort and all the amenities of the house, the location being close to everywhere was great, the only problem was that the building was a little scary, a little creepy, but it was the best experience I've ever had. If I come again, you can be sure that I will choose it again. 😇✨

Beautiful flat with authentic vibe, nice light, everything needed here for stay. Planned to stay for 3 days, stayed 8. It was nice to spend time there reflecting and chilling. Thanks Sofio for that experience.

The place was absolutely lovely – it felt just like home and matched the photos and description perfectly. One small note: the elevator doesn’t reach the top floor, so there are a few stairs to climb. Just something to keep in mind, but it doesn’t take away from how great the Airbnb was. This is not the first time I have stayed in this studio. Beautiful view, so even in bad weather you won't miss the sea :) Sunsets show too! Near the house there is all important transport, you can easily go to the airport, Sapri, Gonio, Botanical Garden for 30 tetri (0.3 GEL). Electric heater, water goes immediately hot, the pressure is always good. In cold season, there is enough air conditioning and a heater for heating. There is a small electric clothes dryer – convenient in a humid climate. Cleanliness at check-in is always perfect, thank you!

We stayed at the apartment with our 3 kids. The apartment is thoughtfully set up for families with games and a separate room for the kids. The apartment is nicely removed from the nightlife at the base of the ski slopes with curtains in the rooms to keep out the light. It’s still really easy to get to the lifts - just a 2-minute walk - and conveniently has 2 ski lockers for your gear. All the restaurants and the Spar are a stone’s throw away so you can eat out or in. Communication with the host was super easy and we were also suggested a car company for transfer from Tbilisi, which makes things easier with kids! We had a wonderful time at the apartment and will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and even helping us with transport. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and full of charm — just like Old Tbilisi itself! Waking up to the view of historic balconies and cobbled streets was magical. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to the sulfur baths, Narikala Fortress, and the best cafes and wine bars in town. It truly felt like we were living in a storybook. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Tbilisi. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location is good, centrally located. Communication with Laven is very good. Quick and effective. The place is just what he described. He has 2 aircon/heater, one in the living room and another one in the main bedroom. Other rooms has no heater. Big balcony with view of city. During my stay, I was having a problem about the car park in the back yard. It seemed that all spaces occupied by his Neighbours. Anyway, there is public street parking in front of the apartment with 1 GEL / hour.

Nikoloz and his father were very welcoming and their unit made me feel at home. They were very responsive with any questions I had. Very nice hosts. The studio loft was quite interesting and it's pretty quiet when the windows are closed. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Fridge, washing machine, hot stove, silverware, cooking utensils and pots are provided. Bathroom towels, toilet paper and soap are also provided. The bed is big and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The outdoor patio is also spacious and there's a good view of the city. Looks really nice at night. Due to the sloping roof and ceiling, the shower stall will be quite small for taller people. It would've been nice to have shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice to put in. Definitely recommend Nikoloz' studio loft to anyone. Would stay here again if I return to Tbilisi in the future.

Nice spacious flat right in the middle of Vake. Interesting interior design and cool aesthetics.

Gocha was so friendly and responsive. He made us feel like family members coming to stay. The room is well-equipped with a proper kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, TV unit, and a sofa in the living room. The property is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. 1) The stay is within walking distance of the bus stop. 2) Supermarkets are located within 500 meters. 3) There are many street food options and restaurants nearby. 4)The lake behind the flat is quite enjoyable in the early mornings and evenings.

We loved our time at Tamar’s place, surrounded by wonderful art in beautiful spaces with high ceilings! A wonderful experience to stay in such a special apartment in Tbilisi.

I have stayed at the place for almost two months. Good apartment and location.

I was living there for 4 months. It was perfect. One problem - if electricity was turned off (for the district - it happened sometime), you need to restart the hot water heater (which wasn't available from my part of the flat) But the owner knows about that (gets an SMS notification from the electricity company) and came after that to do it, even if I can't. So, as a result, it wasn't a big problem. PS When I rented a second part of the flat, I did it myself. PPS, it was one of the best flats I've lived in. And the full-wall window perspective from the bedroom was amazing!

Yana is a wonderful woman, attentive, caring and always ready to do everything to make your vacation wonderful. And her "Rainbow appartment" is not just an apartment, but a very warm corner where you feel at home. Everything is thought out here so that nothing is needed. Every detail is taken into account. All furniture, appliances, dishes, bedding, everything in the house is very high quality. Well, the decoration of the apartment is a large and comfortable bed. Such a mattress can be found in very few places. Thank you, dear Yana, for giving us unforgettable days.

A very cozy apartment, pristinely clean, small but perfect for a short stay. Narges was very helpful and very quick to respond. The location is also incredible, right in the city center, and everything you need is in a minute's walk. Check-in and check-out were very quick and convenient. The only downside was that the ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work too well, so there's an occasional sewage smell and the towels don't dry when left in the bathroom. Also keep in mind that there's no shampoo/shower gel, so bring your own. Overall I'd really recommend staying here, it's a good apartment with a great host :)

Nana’s apartment was just as pictured and described. Right across the street from a metro station but we chose to walk everywhere as it was a nice walk to Old Town & the river. We had a couple of small issues during our stay but Nana was quick to respond and resolve them. We would definitely stay again.

It's much better than it looks on the picture. This is a best place at this price. I could stay here for a month comfortably with a large space for one person. Sunshine with a great view of the cathedral is beautiful. And its location is near from tourist spots, restaurants, supermarkets and metro. Above all, I wanna stay here again due to the very friendly and kind host.

A beautiful and cozy apartment in a great location of Tbilisi - good views, right in the heart of the old town and close to everything you would need. If you are looking for a place to be able to get everywhere easily - this is an amazing pick. The apartment is spacious and you feel right at home. The old architecture and courtyards around make it so much better. Tamar is also an extremely hospitable and communicative host. If you need recommendations for restaurants or are looking for something more specific - she is always willing to help. Definitely recommend the place for everyone coming to Tbilisi!

We had a wonderful stay at Marlen’s place! He is an exceptional host and even kindly offered to pick us up from the airport. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, featuring a spacious balcony that wraps around from the kitchen, around the living room, and all the way to the bedroom. Upon entering, we were delighted to find the apartment spotlessly clean and fully equipped. As we enjoy cooking, we appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed—well-organized, clean, and in great working condition. The location is in a quiet residential area, with several small grocery stores and one large supermarket all within walking distance. Fitness enthusiasts will also love that there are three gyms nearby, including one just across the street. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great apartment for long stays! Have stayed there for a month. Nice location, many shops downstairs, close to transportation and city center. Great view on Mtatzminda and surroundings and a swing on a balcony. The apartment is spacious and has everything a guest might need. It is not perfect and has some scratches and minor problems here and there, but still a very good offering. In real life it looks a little bit better than what on photos. Also, there’s a questionable decision to have a door/window between two bedrooms, but it is mitigated by two thick curtains. Thanks to Zviad!

This is a nice and comfy place in a great location. Might be a better match for touristy folk over work&travel, since you only get one window and it is somewhat dark during the day.
