A pleasant stay with a pleasant view from the terrace of the sun rising from the sea and the greenhouses on the opposite side that pays largely for the third floor without an elevator. Mariangela was courteous and hospitable, providing us with all the useful information to our particular interest regarding the history of Byzantine Calabria.

Lovely apartment, with everything you need for a perfect stay. Great location, quite, with a great view of the ocean but close enough to walk onto Tropea town & to the beach. Highly recommended 😊

Dear Rosa and Luciano, thank you first of all for the welcome. Your home exceeded expectations: spacious, "warm", well organized, equipped with everything you need during a fairly long stay like ours. It was always nice to return after a long day spent between the coast and the territory of this beautiful part of Calabria. An authentic place, away from the "mad crowd", to be savored calmly. The same calm of this charming town, suspended on a landscape of great beauty, on which it is impossible not to linger over and over again from that magnificent terrace. Calm, as we know, sometimes broken unpredictably (only sore point), but by the same people (also of international origin...) with whom we then pleasantly met and entertained, in the sign of Calabrian hospitality beyond the clichés.

We had a great holiday. The apartment is perfectly situated in Tropea and the view from the balcony is second to none. Everything was close and there was enough space for all of us. Thank you for hosting us.

I had an amazing stay in Ruggero thanks to Egidio and his family. His mother, Rosa is very friendly and always available for anything you need. The house is large and spotlessly clean with everything you need in the kitchen to easily prepare all your meals. The location is perfect if you like peace and quiet and it is a very short walk to the beautiful beach. There is a mini-market very close to the house, but you do need a car to get around and to travel easily to explore the beauty of Calabria. I really definitely return.

Tiziana is a wonderful host, responsive and helpful. The apartment was more than adequate in a fab location as a central base. It had everything you might need except a toaster (they had one but it was broken). A kitchen modernisation might be an idea and would lift the apartment but is fully functional as it is.

idyllic mountain village surrounded by friendly Italian people. in winter it can get cold in the house, even if the sun laughs in the morning surrounded by lemon trees. We've always had power outages. It was worth a trip. 🍋🌞🍊

We stayed on this space for 3 days. Was super clean. Giovanna showed us everything at check-in. We were in Scilla or on the ferry in Sicily within 10 minutes. If you walked down the street, you were right by the sea and could look over to Sicily. The only minor thing that bothered us was the motorists. The house is located on a curve, i.e. here you can lift from any direction. Especially in the morning from 8:00 am it was quite annoying, at the other times it had not bothered us. I recommend the place for a trip to Scilla or to come to Sicily.

Highly recommend. Large bedroom / office, great wifi, clean, safe, private, cleaning equipment. 5 minute walk into the center of the village.

I liked everything, the hosts are very responsive , everything is within a walking distance, the embankment, the market, shops, the port, cafes, restaurants . we will gladly come back again)

The accommodation in Santa Maria is highly recommended: The apartment is functionally furnished and the garden is romantic. You can hear the sound of the sea and it's just a short walk to the beach. Anna is a warm and helpful personality. She responds immediately and also helped us a lot with an evening noise nuisance. In short: When visiting the Costa degli Dei, the house in Santa Maria is a great address - we would come back anytime. Thank you, Anna, for everything!

Isabella welcomed us to the Sàlaco farm, making us feel immediately at home, preparing great breakfasts and giving us exclusive tips on places to visit. The place is surrounded by nature on the hill and you don't need air conditioning at night because it's very cool. Highly recommended!

Luca is an excellent host, friendly and always ready to help! from the beginning he gave us a guide to all the sights. The apartment is as in the photos, it is fresh and when it is too hot it has portable air conditioning (it works well) it has a huge terrace! It has everything you need! Ricadi Station is 20 min on foot. Groticelli beach 5 min, Tropea 15 min (all by car) Everything was very beautiful, the beaches in general are wonderful and we will certainly repeat. Thanks Luca :)

Very comfortable, clean and quiet apartment. For those who want to eat at home, there are several supermarkets nearby. Close to a green area located in a beautiful tree-lined avenue. Perfect as a "base camp" for visiting the city. The parking for the car is quite easy. When I return to Messina, I will consider it as the first option.

Franco's apartment was a very good decision. The apartment as described, Franco is a nice and very helpful person. he answered all the questions, recommended places to visit. I sincerely recommend staying with Franco when you are in Kalabri.

Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

Perfect, the fruit is a bonus

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

It is in a beautiful area, very well located, just 10 minutes from the train station. It's the historic center, there's movement all the time. And 3 minutes away you have the stairs to go to the beach. The apartment is spacious, divided into two floors. The first floor has the entrance hall and a bedroom. Upstairs is the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and an armchair that becomes a bed. One consideration, the air conditioning is only upstairs, so in our case, since it was so hot, we decided to sleep on the couch and we were perfect this way. Definitely recommended!
