Vacation rentals with a pool in Caswell Beach

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The pool was perfect for our family of 12, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were just minutes from everything, and Lil & John’s ice cream shop down the street became a daily stop for us. We rented the golf cart for the week, which was a great choice—it made exploring the island super convenient, though even the beach was only a 5-minute walk if we chose to go on foot. The house came fully loaded with beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards, a smoker, and plenty of games and toys for everyone to enjoy. It’s spacious enough to relax together or find a quiet corner on your own. Jess, the host, was amazing—she was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. You can tell she really cares about making her guests feel at home. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Jess again the next time we visit Oak Island. Highly recommend!

Chris was an amazing host! Check in was a breeze and Chris was extremely communicative. This house is beautiful and it is HUGE. The layout is great. The proximity to the beach is amazing. The pool is stunning. Being able to open the doors to the many decks that surround the house and feel the ocean breeze while also listening to the waves crash on the shore is the ultimate beach experience in my opinion. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was high quality and comfortable. The house was spotless. Every single amenity you could possibly need, is available in this house. The hosts have literally thought of EVERYTHING. The beach gear was an awesome perk also. We had the perfect getaway and will rent again for our next family vacation.

We had an amazing stay! Even though it isn’t technically beachfront, it feels like it is with unobstructed views of the ocean and close proximity. Amy was quick to respond and able to help with any questions we had. The location was great and in the middle of everything at Oak Island. The pool and other amenities like the elevator were great too! Would definitely recommend and come back in the future.

This place is like a retreat!! Wonderful salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely home! High quality cotton bedding/towels, a bonus!! Loved the kitchen for meals. Owner responsive and property well maintained. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at POSH! Location is incredible and the easiest quick walk to the beach (just across the street is the beach access). House is exactly as described and perfect for family gatherings - multiple fridges and dishwashers. The home was clean and well equipped. The private pool was great as well. Kerry was so responsive and kind. We will absolutely be rebooking this property again!

Perfect place for an Oak Island stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean. Pool was cloudy upon arrival and only got worse, a lot of fire ants around the pool. Overall we would stay there again and the beach equipment was a huge plus! Beds were OK, comfortable enough. Kitchen had everything you need as well, everything is labeled for easy finding.

Great place for a family of eight! We had one toddler and one infant with six adults. We had plenty of space! The kids enjoyed the pool and golf cart (purchased golf cart separately). Our adult kids also enjoyed the golf cart. The host was responsive to all questions and keeps a very nice place. The pool shed had a small wagon to take to the beach which was an added bonus we weren’t expecting. We also found a playpen for the infant which saved us from having to unpack ours. The outside shower was also fantastic after a day at the beach to keep from taking sand inside (if you have kids, you know what a task this can be). Also, when I left, I immediately added the sheets that were on the King bed to my Amazon list. So comfortable! We were within two blocks of the beach, coffee shops, and good food. Our favorite for breakfast was Fixins!

We enjoyed our stay at this airbnb and the host was very nice and communicative. It is not is the best looking neighborhood. We were skeptical upon arrival but it turned out to be a nice quiet neighborhood. We had no issues so assuming its a safe area. The house itself was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. The amenities were great and it was located in proximity to some really great restaurants, Battleship NC and the beach (both about 15 min away)! We like Brunches and Pies On Pizzeria near the house. This place was beautiful! Fort Fisher is literally right next door! The place was clean,beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, the pool was well kept, and The view was hard to leave. Will be back. 🫶🏻

we love Zach place very warm and welcoming. Everything is walking distance the elevator was great for disabled family member. the views from the room is outstanding.

We absolutely loved our week at Anne’s condo. It was not only beautifully decorated, but also very cozy and comfortable. Our favorite place to hang out was on the deck overlooking the beach and pool. The kitchen was amazing. Everything we needed was right there. The beds were so comfortable. Anne was extremely helpful in every way. She answered all my questions and provided lots of great helpful hints about where to visit and eat. It was an awesome first visit to Ocean Isle Beach and definitely not our last.

From the time of booking, Anne was an incredible host and the space was immaculate. The complex itself was quiet during our stay in June. It is truly steps from the ocean. Not only that, we came during such a hot week and the AC never wavered. I can’t stress enough how important it is that AC works well during a stay. The toys were excellent for the littles in our family. Anne went above and beyond sending us recommendations and communication about check in. We would totally stay here again. While we did splurge, we felt like the value for what you get in this place was more than worth it. We never felt crowded on the beach due to only private access for condo tenants, another huge win. Thanks Anne for such a wonderful week with memories my family will never forget!

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! Wonderful stay at the Surf Shack. The condo is located within a short walk to the beach, and the boardwalk which has restaurants and shops. We love that everything you need is within walking distance. Shelley was very friendly, provided great check in details and responded to my questions quickly. Also, the condo was clean, organized, and beautiful. We look forward to staying again.

Enjoyed our weekend stay-cation with a riverfront view, beaches to explore, pier to fish and pool to cool off. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we could have needed for our stay. Big soft beach towels, lots of water bottles to stay hydrated, variety of coffee cups, air purifier helped drown the noise of the surrounding guests and the bed was so soft and comfortable with the softest sheets!
