We stayed in the house in Pineta in early June. Very pleasant experience. The house is wonderful, very spacious and well furnished. The garden outside, surrounded by the pine forest, is beautiful. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are always in the garden. The kitchen is well-stocked, we were always able to cook what we wanted. The free beach is a 5-minute walk away. We'll be back!

Lovely waterfront apartment with beach and pool access. The house is very clean and tidy and the staff are really kind, we also found great support from the bathroom staff. Everything is perfect, recommended

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Rebecca was very kind and super helpful. The accommodation is in a great location because it's on the beautiful seafront of Viareggio, which is a charming town. Very comfortable and clean inside. Fully equipped kitchen. We came in the spring and imagine that in the summer season the Primavera resort is even more charming!Very happy with our stay!We'll be back and we highly recommend it!

Everything is fine. We had a very nice holiday. Pool and swimming area by the sea are fantastic.

Amazing place and a super friendly host. The apartment was just like the photos – modern interior, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, strong AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a big, clean pool. There’s a parking spot right near the entrance, and the building feels very safe with two security gates. Would definitely recommend.

We just got back from a 4-day family vacation in Marina di Peitrasanta. Andrea and Giulia's house fully reflects the photos, and in fact, it is even more beautiful in person. The hosts are always very responsive and helpful. We look forward to coming back

We recently stayed at this apartment in Marina di Pietrasanta and had a great time. The accommodation is a bit basic and more like a traditional beach house when compared to a modern apartment but that’s expected when you’re just 30m from the beach! It didn’t affect our experience at all. A highlight was the private gazebo on the beach, perfect for relaxing on the beach. We also had access to the pool, great for when we didn’t want to swim in the sea. Next to the pool is a restaurant, the food was always good and the staff very friendly. The restaurant also overlooks the pool, so we could enjoy long lunches while our little one played in the water. The location is excellent, just a 500m walk to the main square with shops, cafés and a great evening vibe. Forte dei Marmi is just a short drive away for high-end shopping. If you’re after a laid-back beach holiday with everything nearby, this is a great pick, we’ve already recommended it to friends.

Our stay at Luca's place was just amazing! Even before our arrival, we were impressed by the proactive and friendly communication – Luca was always available and provided us with all the necessary information. He helped us book taxis, which was not so easy due to the limited English skills of the local taxi drivers:-) Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful pool in the garden, built of noble travertine stones – a real oasis of relaxation. Our little mouse learned to swim there. Another highlight was the free access to parasol and sunbeds directly on the beach that Luca organized for us. This made the days by the sea extra relaxing. The location of the house was also perfect: quiet but still central – by bike it was only 5 minutes to the beach. We highly recommend Lucas's house and would love to come back!

It was one of the best stays! A nice, beautiful house with all the amenities and instructions. The hosts are very friendly people, they help and give tips, they take care of the comfort for the guests, even better than in an expensive hotel! It was delightful, a place 7 minutes from the sea, you can see beautiful sunsets. Very well-maintained area, apricot tree and beautiful surroundings! I look forward to meeting again, I didn't want to leave, I was very comfortable!

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Bright apartment with everything you need. We loved it and would come back in a heartbeat. Everything was also great with our shepherdess and she was welcome. You can quickly reach the sea and otherwise have everything in the area, restaurants, gas station, supermarket.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Paola was very easy and quick to communicate with. As Americans be prepared if you are heat intolerant, there is AC but it never really got cool in the unit. It is a walk up so it’s a bit choppy and might be tough if you have a lot of luggage. The location is very convenient. Walkable to the promenade and many cute shops. I do wish there had been some more light in the unit but overall it was a very nice stay.

Francesca and Fabio give you a warm welcome upon arrival. Villa Jenny is within walking distance of the train station, beach, supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlor, bike rental and nice restaurants. The house is cozily furnished and offers everything you need. The roof terrace is great for having a private breakfast or reading a book. There's a washing machine & dryer available. So you don't need to bring a lot of clothes. There is plenty of linen available. In short: a fantastic place to discover beautiful Tuscany (by train).

Positive: perfect location, close to the train station, clean, modern, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a great roof terrace with loungers and cozy lighting, another terrace on the ground floor was perfect for breakfast, very valuable underground parking space, from which you have direct access to the apartment, bicycles are also available. Opposite a small supermarket, where you can get everything inexpensively. All in all: great apartment, great location in a beautiful and interesting seaside resort, an ideal starting point for activities of all kinds.

The home is exactly as described and the hosts are wonderful and friendly. The upstairs rooms are all air conditioned. While the downstairs is not, it was cool and Andreas provides two fans. The location can’t be beat. Andreas booked our canopy at the beach and made our stay very comfortable.

The place itself is wonderful. It is clean, comfortable with plenty of room for the three of us. Cafes and restaurants are a few blocks away (and a few more blocks to the beach). Francesca was very helpful, getting the accommodation just right and providing plenty of tips about restaurants, groceries, things to do and transportation. I would definitely stay here again.
