Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

VENICE ACCESS FEE FREE (only city tax 4€ x person x day ) Newly renovated and very bright 50 sqm apartment, located in the historic center of Venice, in the Castello district, where you can experience the true Venetian lifestyle. The apartment features a double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed, one bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. A crib and high chair are also available. Bed linen, extra pillows, and soft towels are provided. Check- in is not available after 8 pm

Querini Suite is located behind the Fondazione Querini Stampalia from which it takes its name. You will be welcomed by a quiet and elegant atmosphere where you can relax on the balcony looking at the canal. The flat is located in a quiet area near Campo Santa Maria Formosa and a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Piazza San Marco. It can be easily reached from Piazzale Roma, Tronchetto car park and railway station by taking the waterbus line 2 and getting off at the San Marco San Zaccaria stop.

Nel restauro e nella scelta della posizione, ho scelto di raccontarti la mia Venezia, attraverso quadri, architetture, oggetti antichi, mescolando l'utilizzo dell'oro e del verde, per riproporre il perfetto dialogo tra l'arte della Serenissima e la pace dei canali su cui affaccia la mia casa.

Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

Restaurants, bars, typical Venetian taverns, and supermarkets are all within a few minutes walk. NB : NO CHECK-IN AFTER 7 PM

A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

Biennale Giardini Arsenal - Bright Appartment

Two-bedroom apartment located in an authentic area of Castello District. Bright and quiet, it is at an easy walk from both BIENNALE's venues (Giardini and Arsenale) and at a 15-minute walk from ST. MARK’S SQUARE. It is also close to the BIENNALE and the largest green area of the city (Giardini and S. Elena parks. The beautiful LIDO BEACHES are also at hand, they are just 2 water bus stops away. The flat can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons (children and babies included)

It takes 5 min. walking distance from Biennale and Public gardens, where all the main ferry are stopping. Its close in Via Garibaldi and 10 min from S. Marco Square. Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.
