Situated on the 1st floor, it has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a walk in wardrobe.The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

I stayed for a week and really enjoyed this spacious, comfortable apartment. It’s perfectly located—just minutes from the Vaporetto and a 20-minute walk to San Marco—yet tucked away on a quiet street with a great local atmosphere. Several nearby restaurants are worth trying! The dedicated work area and stable Wi-Fi made it easy to work remotely. The fully equipped kitchen, including a full-size fridge with freezer, was perfect for longer stays. The hosts were super friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed Laurence's place very much. It is very tasteful, valuable and simply designed and offers everything for a comfortable stay in Venice. The location is particularly convenient for visiting the Biennale, at the same time it is easy to reach by boat and San Marco is also within walking distance. Laurence gave us all the necessary information in advance and she was always easily accessible. We enjoyed the stay very much and can only recommend it.

There aren’t enough superlatives to positively describe this stay! The SUPER HOST AND SON went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, accommodating and pleasurable. Everything was beyond the description in a great way. We will be returning next year and will seek to stay at this location only. The accommodation was within walking distance to most attractions and ammenities - approx. 10-15 minutes walk to St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. It was an easy, flat walk from the Vaporetto to the accommodation - no stairs or bridges to cross on the way which was helpful when transporting suitcases. A co-op supermarket is close by so can easily pick up groceries as needed. Many options for local eateries and restaurants to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinners. The washing machine and clothes horse were helpful for a longer stay. Felt safe, spacious and comfortable. We were so pleased we stayed here during our visit to Venice. Thank you Francesco and Oriel!!
