Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

Since it has been completely renovated, the accommodation is very appreciated for its location and quality. Immerse yourself completely in this house that has preserved the aesthetics of the 19th century on the outside. The suite, like the other two homes, is totally independent from the rest of the house. Unfortunately, the Daikin air conditioning system has just been damaged and the Daikin service centers (which I am obliged to contact) have not been able to carry out the repair.
