Sehr angenehme Unterkunft und super Lage – alles da, was man braucht, inkl. gemütlicher Betten. Toll ist, dass auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen

une très belle maison, Gina avec sa famille- gentilles, disponibles et très serviables. Les chambres sont très grandes, joliment décorées. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et WC très spacieux. Le jardin est magnifique, grand , ainsi qu'une belle piscine. tout était propre et très bien entretenue. l'endroit est très calme à 20 minutes de Venise, beaucoup de restaurants et les centres commerciaux sont très proches, dont un grand outlet. Grâce à Gina et sa famille nous avons passé des très belles journées dans sa maison.

The location is literally just a few steps for St. Mark's Square. Easy walking distance to many attractions and the Vaperetto (water bus) stop. The property is well furnished and in good condition. Great place for a family to stay. The host even provided welcome snacks, water, and bubbly drinks. They were very responsive to communications and available nearby for assistance. The only thing to be aware of is that the property is one level above one of the heavily travelled tourist areas so there can be some crowd noise, which dies off later in the night. The windows are double paned which subdues most of the noise. Overall this is a great property and would stay there again.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft – alles war super schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Lia und Sara bedanken – sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns immer sehr freundlich und schnell weitergeholfen. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 😊

Our stay at Gianluca's place during the Architectural Biennale was ideal. The apartment was exactly as described: sparkling clean, quiet, and equipped with everything a visiting professional could need. Its accessibility and convenient transport links to the Arsenale and Giardini exhibition sites via water bus saved us precious commuting hours, enabling our team member to focus solely on the installation. Most impressive of all was his hospitality. Communication was warm and timely from the very first message. When our plans changed at the last minute, he arranged an early check-in. He was supportive of our venture throughout our stay. His dog was friendly, too! We highly recommend his place if you visit Venice for business or pleasure. Thank you, Gianluca, for supporting our Biennale experience. We hope to stay with you again on our next visit!

Sonia et Giampiero sont très gentils et accueillants. leur appartement est typique de Venise avec sa disposition des espaces (chambres spacieuses, pas de salon) et sa collection d'assiettes ! L'appartement est propre et bien situé pour faire la biennale entre Giardini et l'arsenal. La vue sur un canal est très plaisante

The house is lovely and has everything you need to enjoy the summer days. The beaches are about 30min to 1hr away so not too far but you also avoid the hectic crowded city life. The garden is where we spent almost our every afternoon. The rooms are spacious and stylish. We would definitely like to stay there again!

Natalia and her daughter were exceptional. They were very helpful even before we got there. I had a hard time figuring out what to do in Venice given the time of the day we were arriving and how far the place is from the main attractions (which are not hard to get to but it takes time). So I reached out to Natalia and she helped me with my planning. She was great. We arrived on a holiday and Natalia had bus passes ready for us because she wasn't sure we were going to be able to get. Then Natalia and her daughter made reservations to a restaurant so we could find a place to eat. Very nice people. The place was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything and it was a great stay. The place is close to a bus stop which made going into Venice a breeze.

La cascina da quello che ho capito del 700' veramente stupenda, i proprietari ci hanno accolto benissimo nonostante fossimo arrivati tardi al check-in, dispensa e frigo già fornitissimi per colazione e spuntini. L'interno della porzione della cascina a noi dedicata veramente ben curati, la ristrutturazione fatta veramente bene. Anche la parte di giardino sul retro molto rilassante e ben curata. Stupende le camere. Andrea il cugino di Michael simpaticissimo. Noi eravamo in 6 e lo spazio era più che sufficente. Tutto ottimo, grazie ancora. Mirco

Trois points à mettre à l’honneur pour le logement : -idéalement situé, nous étions à 5 minutes a pied de la station de vaporetto Santa Maria Elisabetha. Venise à 15 minutes de vaporetto, tout en bénéficiant d’une ambiance calme loin de la frénésie de certains sites touristiques. Nous nous sentions en confiance sur l’île du Lido! -le jardin est un havre de paix ou l’on peut se reposer au calme et au frais , c’est un véritable avantage après une journée de visite… -David, est venu nous accueillir à la station de vaporetto, et nous a fait découvrir le quartier avec ses bons plans, pour nous emmener à la maison. David, est un hôte prévenant et connaître l’histoire de la maison et de sa famille nous a fait sentir la splendeur passée de ce lieux… En résumé, c’est un excellent pied à terre pour visiter Venise, tout est à portée de main. Un grand merci, nous avons passé une semaine de rêve…

We had an amazing one-month stay here. The house provided everything necessary for a long-term visit. The host was extremely kind and assisted us with all our requests. I want to specifically highlight the weekly house cleaning service, which greatly enhanced our comfort during our stay. The garden is truly stunning, and each morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while taking in the lovely sunny view. I also want to praise the restaurant, as they prepare delicious meals using local ingredients, some of which are sourced from their own garden. It's only a half-hour drive to Venice or a train ride from Marcon station. Additionally, it serves as a convenient starting point for exploring the Dolomites or other cities in the region. This is a great place for a family vacation! It's run by a family. I highly recommend staying here.

Wir suchten eine Unterkunft in der Nähe von Venedig und nicht weit vom Meer, und haben mit diesem Quartier genau das Richtige gefunden. Es ist ruhig gelegen, aber man kann super mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zum breiten und schönen Strand, und in 10 Minuten zum Vaporetto Anleger fahren. Von dort aus erreicht man in einer halben Stunde Venedig und Burano. Auch mehrere Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das kleine Ferienhaus ist neu gebaut, mit guter Küchenausstattung und einer überdachten Terrasse. Die zwei süßen Katzen der Vermieterin haben uns regelmäßig besucht und sehr gerne streicheln lassen.

This is the second time we stay at Sara's and it was exactly how we remembered it: charming and private, conveniently located, and perfect!

Great, unique apartment at a fabulous location, overlooking Via Garibaldi, one of the nicest states in Venice when it comes to excellent food and lively atmosphere. The apartment is well equipped and furnished with lots of design pieces. With the sleeping rooms in sequence, the layout is good for close friends or families. Two bathrooms are a plus! Thanks for hosting us.

Prima di arrivare Giuseppe ci ha fornito chiarissime indicazioni sia sull'alloggio che su posti da vedere/dove mangiare. Appena arrivati ci ha accoltii magnificamente (con una buonissima bottiglia di vino) e ci ha indicato svariati posti da vedere dando indicazioni dettagliate a riguardo. Inoltre ci ha anche fatto scoprire diversi posti meno turistici dove mangiare e bere BENE. Oltre a questo ci ha pure dato informazioni per raggiungere in maniera facile lo stadio dove dovevamo andare a vedere il concerto per eravamo venuti in città. Tutto ottimo, da rifare!

Nella nostra vacanza di 6 giorni abbiamo avuto la possibilità di visitare diversi luoghi di interesse, quindi la posizione dell'appartamento è ottimale. L'appartamento è in campagna quindi in luogo tranquillo in una villa storica molto affascinante, bisogna aggiungere che abbiamo avuto a disposizione diversi servizi molto utili per rendere la nostra vacanze molto più confortevole e in nostri host sono stati molto simpatici e disponibili.

Casa davvero bella, molto accogliente e comoda. Posizione perfetta, piccolo parcheggio nella piazzetta davanti all'edificio e a pochi passi dal centro. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi, anche per persone con problemi di mobilità. Comodo l'ascensore che porta all'appartamento al secondo piano. Comodissimi la rosticceria all'angolo e il supermercato PAM a 2 minuti a piedi.

Appartamento molto curato e pulito. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 in maniera confortevole. Si trova in posizione centrale, sia per visitare la città che per raggiungere la stazione. Ideale per apprezzare le bellezze di Treviso e dintorni.

Monica’s house is absolutely beautiful. It was quiet, clean and the perfect base to explore the Prosecco trail. Monica communicated so well and recommended some wonderful wine bars, restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommended!

Io e alcuni miei amici abbiamo deciso di passare qualche giorno a Jesolo e dintorni, avendo trovato questo alloggio disponibile e comodo in caso ci si dovesse muovere con l'auto. Posizionato in una zona molto tranquilla ha avuto tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno per trascorrere la giornata e la mattina una volta rientrati dalle serate. Host super gentile, comprensibile e simpatica
