C&C Biennale Apartment 1882

We are two sisters, Claudia and Chiara, born and raised in the most authentic part of Venice. We belong to the sixth generation of Venetians in our family. Together with mom Marisa and dad Carlo, we open the doors of our apartment located in the heart of the Sestiere di Castello, a stone's throw from the Biennale, a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and two vaporetto stops from the beach of the Lido di Venezia.

This accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of an ancient building dating back to the 16th century in the Marinaressa complex in the Sestiere di Castello, a few steps from the San Marco Basin. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a large living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Well located in the oldest part of Venice, Castello, at walking distance to San Marco (20 min) and well connected to the Lido by public transport (1 -2 stops). Beautiful and bright apartment of 80 square meters just renovated (July 2018) located in the San Marco- Arsenale- Biennale area easily accessible from both the station and the airport (the Arsenale vaporetto stop is a few meters without bridges, where also stops the motorboat Alilaguna coming from the airport). It is also a 5-minute walk from Piazza San Marco.
