Marina was an amazing host. The place was right in the center of everything. Everything was very clean. My only complaint is that she said walk right into apt from street level. Didn’t mentioned elevator because it sounded like You walked right into. We had to drag six huge suitcases up 15 narrow stairs. Besides no elevator it was perfect

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Excelente alojamiento, muy buen ubicado, cerca de la estación del tren y cerca de los vaporeti. Me gustó la decoración y el equipamiento. Fuimos tres huéspedes y estuvimos muy cómodos

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Marco. Elle est très agréable, le jardin privatif est un plus très appréciable, la maison est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, et très propre. Le quartier est beaucoup plus calme que les quartiers plus touristiques que l’on rejoint facilement à pied ou en bateau. Irene qui a été notre contact pendant notre séjour a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et nous a renseignés à chaque fois avec beaucoup de réactivité et d’efficacité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner à Venise dans ce quartier et dans la maison de Marco.

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Edwin e la sua gentilezza ed ospitalità hanno reso fin da subito gradevole il soggiorno! Molto presente per essere d’aiuto sui luoghi e le attività nei dintorni. Spazi puliti e posto perfetto per rilassarsi! Sicuramente torneremo in futuro! Grazie Edwin :D

Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Hier und da müsste mal was repariert oder ausgetauscht werden und der See ist weder zum Baden oder Angeln geeignet, aber das alles hat der Pool wieder gut gemacht. Sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Semplicemente perfetta! La casa vacanze ha superato ogni aspettativa: pulizia impeccabile, arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli e dotazioni complete. Ogni spazio è stato pensato per garantire comfort e relax, e si vede che c’è grande attenzione all’ospitalità. La posizione è ideale: tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Ottimo anche il supporto dell’host, sempre disponibile e gentile, con preziosi consigli sulla zona. Ottima soluzione, torneremo sicuramente!

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great location off the beaten path. SO many great places nearby. Great view of the canal and a nearby bridge. Thank goodness for the air conditioning, because boy was it hot in Venice while we were there! Highly recommend Elisabetta's place. I would definitely stay here again.

It was our first time to Venice. The thin roads looked challenging yet exciting for us. The apartment is perfectly located. It is only less than 7 mins walk to Rialto, the most popular bridge, as well as a big Vaporetto stop, where we could take the boat to all the major sightseeing places, San Marco, Academmia bridge. The greatest thing we felt was that, when we come back from the Rialto, there usually are a lot of people along the way, as well as a lot of restaurants, some obviously were for the tourists, then once you turn to the street toward the apartment, you see a nice tranquil community, fully away from the noice. And most appreciated, there are several really great restaurants close by. The room is spacious considering the location. Like the appliance. We had great days in Venice. Definitely recommend the place.

I had a wonderful stay at Lotus Apartments. Valentina was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She provided great local tips and resources that made exploring Venice easy and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe—the apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well during the warm days. The view of the canal was beautiful, and the location was perfect for walking around and accessing the water taxi. Valentina also assisted before my arrival and helped with travel info for my return, which I really appreciated. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb properties around Europe, and this was by far one of the best. I was happy to learn Lotus Apartments has other units, and I’d love to stay at another one managed by Valentina and her family in the future!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und wenn ihr mit dem Gedanken spielt, zum ersten Mal in Venedig zu sein und die Stadt erkunden wollt, dann bucht die Aqua Apartments. Nicht nur, weil das Team mit Claudio und Emanuela unglaublich gut erreichbar und freundlich ist, sie werden euch auch helfen, wenn es nicht um Restaurants und Sightseeing geht. Noch nie habe ich im Urlaub so viel Offenheit und Verständnis erlebt, sei es für die Kommunikation mit Wassertaxis oder bei einem gesundheitlichen Zwischenfall. Beide halfen mir so gut sie konnten und ich bin sehr dankbar dafür, dass sie so viel Mitgefühl mit ihren Gästen haben. Die Lage der Apartments ist super und alles ist genau so wie auf den Bildern, die Deckenhöhe ist gigantisch, das ist auf den Bildern kaum abzubilden. Wenn wir nochmal in Venedig sind, werden wir definitiv wieder bei euch buchen! Vielen vielen Dank! Auch danke dafür, dass ihr Hunden gegenüber so offen seid, unser Leo hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Amazing place in a quaint corner for Cannareggio. Would recommend Federico’s place to anyone coming to Venice, you will not be disappointed.
