Das Apartment war einfach großartig! Die Lage ist unschlagbar – mitten in Venedig und trotzdem ruhig. Alles war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Great location right in the heart of the historic center! Walkable distance to public transportation, groceries and sightseeing. Very easy to get around. The place had everything I needed.

seit vielen jahren fahre ich zur biennale nach venedig. die wohnung im cannaregio war für mich perfekt! sie liegt im ersten stock mit fenster zum kanal. trotz der vielen lokale in der umgebung ist die wohnung angenehm ruhig und hell und von sofia geschmackvoll und mit liebe zum detail eingerichtet und ausgestattet. aircontition ist perfekt eingestellt, sodass es immer eine angenehme temperatur in den räumen hat und ich habe in dem großen bett hervorragend geschlafen. check-in und -out haben bestens geklappt, da sofia mir alle infos zukommen ließ, die notwendig waren. danke sofia!

The accommodation is a true gem! The location, with its view of St. Mark's Square, nestled in the narrow alleys, is simply a dream. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures; very chic, with vintage furniture. The terrace is inviting. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Communication with the concierge service was extremely pleasant, proactive, and very accommodating. We would return in a heartbeat if we ever came back to Venice.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Für das, was wir unternehmen wollten, passt die Lage perfekt. Man kam überall schnell zu Fuss hin und es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz, ist schön eingerichtet und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Lage der Wohung ist absolut top und zentral. Die Wohnunh bzw. das Appartement ist sehr großzügig mit massig Platz. Das Treppenhaus schockiert im ersten momnent ist aber typisch aber typisch für Venedig. Die Restauranttips waren gut und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist ein seriöses und tolles Angebot. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Tür - für zwei Personen ca. 15.-€

This place was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay - Giacomo's apartment was located in the beautiful Castello neighborhood which is in a less touristy part of Venice but still had wonderful restaurants and things to do nearby. Our dinner at nearby Nevodi was one of our favorites of our entire trip. The room with two twin beds had harder mattresses (which some might prefer) and the room with one single bed runs a bit warmer without its own A/C unit, but overall the apartment's location was amazing and the space was perfect for what we needed! This place felt like an authentic Venetian getaway, and Giacomo was friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had amazing stay and would definitely book again, grazie Giacomo!

Roberto kindly met us at the nearest water bus stop and took us to the apartment. He was very friendly and informative, on the way he pointed out lots of places to eat / visit and gave us lots of helpful tips. The apartment itself was full of character, clean and in an excellent location. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Venice. We are a couple and it was perfect for us. Thank you Roberto!

This is a wonderful apartment in a quite area. It is very comfortable and is just as pictured. We loved our daily view from the balcony. Very walkable location to the main areas (15-20 min to main area). There are many places to eat and shop nearby. Please note there are no elevators. I simply filled my extra carry on at the base of the stairs to make it easier for me to get the luggage up the stairs. Be sure to follow their clear instructions to get to the apartment…. Definitely take their instructions for the Valporetti Ferry. It brings you just 3 minutes away from their location. Avoid walking from the train station because you will encounter many bridges with no ramps.. not fun! The air runs from the living room so we kept the bedroom door open to keep it cooler. The couch in the living room pulls out into a bed. There is a full kitchen and washer… everything was very clean. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Luisa’s place. Veronica’s was super with communication and recommendations. We loved the location and the view of the canals. Everything is within walking distance. I would only recommend to get precise instructions when getting off the ferry stop as we did get a little lost with the small Venice streets. It was a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing apartment in a beautiful part of Venice overlooking canals and most of Venice. The large private balcony was the highlight of the apartment . It is a short distance away from the busy tourist areas but these are easily accessible. There were loads of lovely places to eat close by and supermarkets to buy supplies. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Lage, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation, alles war perfekt. Sowohl die bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch ruhige und grüne Bereiche waren schnell und gut zu erreichen. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, hübscher Innenhof. Ich komme gern wieder.

This 2 night stay was perfect for our group of 2 adult couples. Beautiful and authentic. Beds were comfy, kitchen was efficient, location was peaceful. A 5-20 min peaceful walk to most visited areas, apt is close to a quiet residential area which was perfect for us. We do not recommend the restaurant closest to the airbnb. …. But : stay was perfect.. note:The only tv is in one bedroom, not living space. AC was great in bedrooms and windows open for fresh air in kitchen. Bathroom had all necessary supplies and hot water for everyone! Beautiful garden and easy to get to from Giardini/ Biannale water bus stop. Took 30 min on water bus from train station … fun start to visit. Our fave food:trattoria bandierette. 20 min walk. Cristina was very friendly, informative and very gracious hostess!! Fresh produce market on boat am right out front was also a bonus! Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Fantastique. Près de tout. Restaurants, supérette, petits marchands, visites, vaporetto …. Appartement très calme. L’osteria a une terrasse et on la voit depuis la chambre. Ca peut être un peu bruyant mais à l’heure de dormir elle ferme donc pas de souci. Ce restaurant est d’ailleurs très bon et le patron très sympathique. Appartement très bien équipé, bonne literie, linge de maison impeccable et en bonne quantité. Situation exceptionnelle car près de tout. Vraiment un petit bijou.

Impressive apartment in a fabulous but peaceful location. Well appointed and suited our family well. Lots of restaurants locally and Olivier was a great host who gave some lovely restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend

사진과 똑같이 너무 깔끔하고 사랑스러운 숙소입니다. 세심한 배려가 돋보이는 주방 물품과 세탁에 필요한 모든 것들도 잘 준비되어 있었어요. 이웃들도 모두 조용하고 좋은 분들이셨어요. 현지 주민들이 사는 곳에서 며칠동안 너무 행복했어요. 그런데 산타루치아역에서 도보로 오면 다리가 많아서 캐리어 들기가 너무 힘들어요. 산타루치아역 앞에서 D승강장에서 4.2나 5.2를 타고 S. Alvise에서 내리면 가까우니 꼭 바포레토를 이용하세요. 이 숙소는 바포레토로 리도섬과 무라노를 가기에도 너무 좋았어요.

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Giorgia was so kind and welcoming upon our arrival. She had a load of recommendations for us which we followed and were NOT disappointed! We were also able to drop off our luggage ahead of time to avoid having to check it somewhere which we really appreciated. Honestly, look no further for your Venice stay. You’ll have a GREAT time here :)

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Staying with Marco was a pleasure. He was quick to respond to any questions and always helpful. The home was cozy, clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet conveniently close to a ferry stop. It featured two separate bedrooms, which was especially handy for our group. A great option for larger groups. Highly recommend
