Sono stato ospite di Filippo nella sua meravigliosa casa nel centro storico di Corinaldo e non potrei essere più felice della mia scelta! La casa è incredibilmente accogliente e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Filippo è stato un host fantastico, sempre disponibile e pronto a fornire aiuto e consigli sulla zona. Il centro storico di Corinaldo è un vero gioiello, con strade strette e affascinanti, monumenti storici e una vista mozzafiato sulla campagna circostante. Consiglio vivamente questa casa e Filippo come host a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza autentica e rilassante nel cuore della regione. Grazie Filippo per l'ospitalità

This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

Der einzige Fehler, den wir bei dieser Unterkunft gemacht haben war, dass wir nur 3 Nächte geblieben sind! Was für ein besonderer Ort und was für eine gemütliche Wohnung! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall irgendwann wieder! Loretello hat uns mit seiner traumhaften Lage, der tollen Bar und den herzlichen Bewohnern voll und ganz verzaubert! Wer eine schöne Landschaft, Ruhe und eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung schätzt ist hier genau richtig! Und als wäre das alles noch nicht genug gab es obendrauf noch leckeres Frühstück und Obst! Besser geht nicht!

We spend unbelievable nice two weeks in Loretello. All rooms are very nice and have a very nice atmosphere. Very warm and very personal. The landscape around Loretello and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Loretello is the perfect location to explore the region. In almost every little village there are hidden gems waiting to be found. We felt truly embedded in Italy. The restaurants, markets, little shops, vineyards, farmer markets in the villages around Loretello are absolutely enjoyable. Our three kids enjoyed the pool very much. Little Loretello did offer a lot to explore for them. Our hosts has been extremely nice and extremely professional. Thank you very much for this wonderful Italian experience.

Die Wohnung war für uns als sechsköpfige Familie ideal: 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett bzw Stockbett (eins davon allerdings sehr klein mit Stockbett), 2 Badezimmer, ein großer Raum mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und Esstisch. Zudem ein überdachter Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln. Der Garten inklusive Pool ist wunderschön angelegt. Man merkt, dass da viel Herzblut drinsteckt! Zu allen Seiten hat man einen wunderbaren Blick. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu unternehmen, schon das nahe gelegene Fossombrone ist hübsch. Niccolo wohnt im Erdgeschoss, die vermietete Wohnung ist im ersten Stock, das macht die Kommunikation einfach. Aber auch per Nachricht hat er immer schnell geantwortet. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Con tre amici abbiamo avuto il piacere di passare una notte in tenda e l'esperienza é stata ottima: piscina fantastica con accesso anche la sera, barbecue perfetto per rilassarsi a cena e godersi le stupende colline che circonda il casolare. Nottata in tenda fresca e piacevole fino alle prime ore di luce la mattina. Bagno semi-privato nei pressi più che sufficiente. Consigliatissimo... avessimo potuto avremmo prolungato la permanenza!

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus von Nicola, und wir fanden es sehr schön! Ein gemütliches, liebevoll hergerichtetes altes Haus in toller Lage am Rand eines sehr schönen kleinen Ortes. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, abends sieht man Scharen von Glühwürmchen und hört die Frösche quaken. Fratte Rosa ist ein hübsches kleines Dorf in toller Lage mit wundervollen Ausblick, und obwohl der Ort sehr klein ist, gibt es eine ungewöhnlich gute Infrastruktur, z.b. einen Bäcker, eine Apotheke, einen Metzger, kleine Lokale etc. Außerdem kann man großartige Ausflüge in alle Richtungen machen. Eine große Empfehlung von uns!

Très belle rénovation. Logement impeccable dans le centre ancien, nous avons apprécié la literie confortable et les clim dans chaque chambre ainsi que le salon. Le village est petit mais il y a de nombreuses commodités, boulangerie, épicerie, superette (a 100m de l'appartement), essence et restaurants. C'était pour une nuit étape pas loin de l'autoroute, mais on s'y est senti bien et ça nous a donné envie de découvrir la région. Arianna a été sans faille, toujours réactive et agréable. A recommander
