Beach 400mt Panorama Aria Cond wifi 2 bathrooms 2ca

CharlèneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe neighborhood. We particularly liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold with a baby after the beach to shower. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is a bit noisy). Always happy to come back :)

We had a lovely stay at Antonella’s place. Antonella and her daughter Ciara are very nice people, great hosts. Ciara answered all our questions and helped us a lot. We really appreciate it.

The house on the sea Private Beach

CourtneyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Beautiful views of the sea and private beach. The residents were very kind. Reaching the rooms can be confusing, but there are 2 exits, one with and one without an elevator. Watch your head if you're tall! If you're looking for multiple private rooms, the 2 bedrooms overlook the living room, but the tub was beautiful in the main bedroom. We had a great time!
Tall, slender cypress trees line a well-maintained terrace area, complemented by terracotta pots. A decorative circular stone pattern is laid on the ground, with a wooden bench and an antique-style lamp post positioned nearby. A panoramic view of the surrounding landscape is visible in the distance.

Villa Maranola

JoannaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We used this home as a base while visiting family in Formia and Itri, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos — something that rarely happens with rentals! The backyard patio and pool area were perfect for hosting family, and the garden was absolutely stunning and meticulously maintained. We had everything we needed, and Marco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He even arranged for a few packages to be delivered to his Conad store ahead of our arrival — which was a lifesaver after nearly 36 hours of travel. During our stay, we spent many relaxing days at Aeneas Landing in Gaeta (you can rent an umbrella for €180 and enjoy the chairs even after 6 p.m.). We loved dining at Contrasti Bottega Gastronomica and also took a great day trip to Pompeii, finishing with dinner in Naples at Al Faretto. We cooked several dinners at home too, and the kitchen was well-stocked for it.

Very kind and helpful hosts. The place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and fully enjoying the days. We'll definitely be back soon !
A serene beach scene is captured, showcasing a smooth sandy shore meeting calm blue waters. The distant hills create a gentle backdrop against the clear sky, which is free of clouds. The horizon stretches into the distance, lending a peaceful and expansive feel to the landscape.

Casa Dallas

We had a lovely time in Pilone. The property is a great starting point for excursions to the coast and the hinterland (hot springs, etc.). Linda was a helpful host and always available. The floor in grease home was a little too cold for a crawling kid in spring, but that's certainly a plus in the summer.
