The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

This apartment, part of a building of three apartments owned by my family, is ideal for couples who want to explore the city, residing in the historic center. Located on the second floor, it offers a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a fun hanging chair. On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

La Terrazza del Quintiliolo - Amazing view

Charming villa located about 2 km from Villa Gregoriana and the historic center of Tivoli, dominates both the lush Valle dell 'Aniene, and the splendid view of Rome, while immediately at its feet the Santuario della Madonna di Quintiliolo rises, from which the villa takes its name. At the back of the house, at a certain distance, are the tracks of the train that connects Tivoli to Rome during working hours from 7 AM to 10 PM: this is also a very suggestive detail!

All'Ombra dei Tigli (5 minutes from Tivoli)

Charming and historic location surrounded by greenery, located just 5 minutes from Tivoli and 35 minutes from Rome. Independent entrance and reserved parking. The atmosphere is enchanted, you can wake up to the sound of birds and the sounds of nature, while resting in the shade of centuries-old lime trees overlooking giant bamboo. In summer, the house does not need air conditioning because it is naturally cool, thanks to the thick stone walls.

Take a dip into the past in this unique space rich in history. La Casa di Lu' is located in Tivoli, Piazza D. Tani, in the medieval old town. It is a very old square whose memories can be dated back to Roman times. The house, located inside Palazzo Coccanari, a historic building from the mid-16th century, has been recently renovated while maintaining its historical features, to give our guests a taste of the atmosphere of yesteryear.

TCH-Domus Albula - Terrace and Fast WiFi

Domus Albula is a bright house. It is located on the third floor, without an elevator, in the center of Tivoli, in a quiet and safe yet lively and charming area. From here, you can walk to Villa D'Este, Villa Gregoriana, and all the main attractions of our city. Just a few steps from the entrance, there is the square with the daily fruit and vegetable market, and you can have breakfast at one of the many bars in the historic center.
