Located in a privileged position, in front of the Mensa Ponderaria, the Duomo and a few steps from Villa d'Este, it is a charming refuge for those looking for a mix of history, art and modern comfort. The structure has been carefully renovated, using materials typical of the area, preserving authenticity and enhancing the link with the millennial culture of the place.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

This apartment, part of a building of three apartments owned by my family, is ideal for couples who want to explore the city, residing in the historic center. Located on the second floor, it offers a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a fun hanging chair. On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

The atmosphere is enchanted, you can wake up to the sound of birds and the sounds of nature, while resting in the shade of centuries-old lime trees overlooking giant bamboo. In summer, the house does not need air conditioning because it is naturally cool, thanks to the thick stone walls.

It is a very old square whose memories can be dated back to Roman times. The house, located inside Palazzo Coccanari, a historic building from the mid-16th century, has been recently renovated while maintaining its historical features, to give our guests a taste of the atmosphere of yesteryear.

Domus Albula is a bright house. It is located on the third floor, without an elevator, in the center of Tivoli, in a quiet and safe yet lively and charming area. From here, you can walk to Villa D'Este, Villa Gregoriana, and all the main attractions of our city. Just a few steps from the entrance, there is the square with the daily fruit and vegetable market, and you can have breakfast at one of the many bars in the historic center.

The Country House immersed in the greenery of the Roman countryside near a medieval town Castel Madama is a place where tranquility lies alongside the capital life of Rome. It is ideal for a rural stay that allows a comfortable visit to Rome, the Villas of Tivoli, the Monasteries of Subiaco. We rent the entire house with a large garden with swimming pool and spaces equipped for barbecues.
