Really positive experience, cozy apartment, spacious and equipped with every comfort. We stayed three days with our two children and felt at home. Greta is kind, precise and always available.

Filippo is very kind and helpful for anything. If I were asked, "Would you recommend this property?" Absolutely yes, a guarantee for those who want to spend a few days in peace in Riccione.

In addition to Rome, this is our first visit to Italy. We travel all over Italy with 🚗 and dog, the next 3 months. Our first stop, in addition to single nights, was with Barbara and we feel so privileged to have experienced both Barbara and her super cozy apartment with the most amazing balcony with evening sun and the most beautiful views of the city, mountains and the water. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly… and it was super clean. Barbara was a super sweet host and extremely easy and pleasant to communicate with. The walk along the water, with the dog, every morning, was outstanding. We wanted to stay at Barbara's every time we were in the area. There was free parking for the car, great! Beautiful and clean apartment equipped with every comfort, new air conditioning, everything matches the description. The area is very quiet, a stone's throw from the sea and close to the circuit. Emanuela was very kind in offering us the possibility to extend the checkout until evening. As far as I'm concerned, when I decide to return to the area it will always be my first choice!

Very nice apartment experience in the Riccione train station/Ceccarini area plenty of shops, bars and restaurats, the area its super friendly, quite at night we slept very well. Moment away from the city center, restaurants, shopping area and bars. The apartments its well designed and had everything we need for the 3 of us during our 2 nights stay. The Host was very welcoming with plenty of tips, on check out she allow us to stay in the flat until late in the afternoon which was a fantastic plus. We Will definely be back here on our next visit Thanks Simona
