The property is equipped with a beautiful heated swimming pool open from April to October (5m×10m, 1.5m deep) set in a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of green Umbria. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with an electric car charging station.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Casa Belvedere is a beautiful property surrounded by greenery just 1 km from the center of Leonessa (reachable both by car and on foot) and about 800m from the first pharmacy and the first supermarket. The property has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and an outdoor veranda. Guests can enjoy a large private garden (equipped with a barbecue) of about 200 square meters overlooking the Rieti plateau, where they can relax by immersing themselves in a rural atmosphere.
