Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. We had a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore has turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic rhythms of daily life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite a few small issues, was immediately able to remedy it by giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore's place. The house and furnishings were,as described in the listing. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next village, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool is great. All in all, we were very please and would recommend this house.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

When you say the perfect vacation... Here it is!!! Very nice house, tidy, clean and equipped with all comforts. But the icing on the cake was the hosts, Carlos, his wife Silvana, and their son Alessandro. Wonderful people, always available. They put guests at ease as if they were at home. Not only do I recommend it, but we will definitely be back.

I had an incredible experience staying at Lorenzo’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt warm and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches—like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations—made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect: quiet and safe, but still close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores .Communication with the host was easy and prompt—they were friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about making my stay as smooth as possible. The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

Good and clean apartment near Sulmona. Very quiet. Everything works fine except wifi is a bit spotty and slow. Host very responsive.

The house is a real gem: exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, with attention to every detail and equipped with everything you need. But above all, silence reigns: total peace. Giovanni, the owner, is fantastic: always attentive to our needs, helpful, and a really pleasant person to talk to. If we give the house 5 stars, the garden definitely deserves 10 stars... simply wonderful. An ideal place for those looking for relaxation and who want to enjoy the tranquility of the house and its beautiful garden. Highly recommended!

Who wants to try a taste of paradise? Then come to Gaeta da Paola and Salvatore! The studio is nestled in an enchanting landscape and the terrace overlooking the hills and the sea is simply a dream! Salvatore and Paola are great hosts and very attentive. They recommended the most beautiful beaches nearby, suggested great restaurants, and even bought us Evian water before our arrival. And I could go on forever... A paradise needs no recommendation, you have to live it. See you soon and thank you very much for everything, dear Paola and Salvatore.

After an initial adjustment (we did not expect a three-level layout of the structure), we felt very good and comfortable. Clearly, the structure is not suitable for those with motor disabilities or walking difficulties, but dining in the evening on the terrace is really a very rewarding experience. The location is in the heart of the port of Gaeta and is, therefore, very characteristic.

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

We felt very comfortable in Andrea's apartment. Check-in was very pleasant and we also got tips for activities and restaurants in the area. As another plus, I would like to emphasize that a high chair was provided to us on request. We will be happy to come back.

We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe neighborhood. We particularly liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold with a baby after the beach to shower. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is a bit noisy). Always happy to come back :)

What an absolutely lovely place! The family who run this Air BnB couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and it's just a delight with a beautiful terrace and garden where you can sit and look out over Gaeta and the bay. The rooms were so clean and we loved the separate kitchen just off the terrace as we ate outside most evenings. There's some great restaurants just a stroll away too - highly recommend La Macelleria just up to the right of the steps and close under the famous bell tower. Food was fabulous. And Emilio's which is just along the 'high street'. Also the most fabulous ice cream parlour again just under the bell tower (try 'fruiti di bosca' and Amalfi). Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Giuseppe and his family offered us a warm welcome, making us feel right at home from the very start. Beautiful house and outdoor space, equipped with many games for our little one. Maximum attention also for our little dog. Tasteful decor, obsessive cleanliness and many welcome additional extras (water, juices and wine in the fridge, coffee pods, breakfast pastries). A 10-star stay with honors.

Maria Pia welcomed us with great courtesy, kindness, and sociability. The apartment is very spacious, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, large kitchen, beautiful garden available, the house is located at the beginning of Terracina 5 minutes by car from the beaches, outside the busy areas. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place away from traffic but close to the seaside areas

Via a very steep, narrow road we reached the house. What an amazing place! Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Beautiful garden. Okay, the shower is tight, but that's fine. And Vincenzo does everything to make our stay pleasant. Within 10 minutes, we are in Gaeta. And the less touristy Formia also has a surprisingly beautiful old center. We had 3 wonderful days.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!

Excellent place, very close to the beach and a calm place as well. Sonia was an amazing host, definitely recommend.
