Good treatment and the house is beautiful

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

What a great place to stay! The farm is hidden in the middle of an olive grove and is the impressive life's work of Gabriella and her husband, who welcomed me very kindly. The Internet worked, the bed was soft, the water was warm and there was even a pool (!!). I can only recommend staying here!

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

Thank you Antonella for your hospitality. The place is as described, very clean, tidy, with a green space to relax. From the house, which is a few kilometers from Rocca Sinibalda, you can see the whole village with the majestic castle that dominates it. Rocca Sinibalda, Posticciola, Castel di Tora, Lake Turano and the other villages around... magnificent places we didn't know about. Beautiful living room

We had a magical stay, thanks to Madi. First to blow us away was the spectacular views and then the wine and cold water on arrival.was a magnificent start. Madi even took us to a local farmer’s roadside stall where we picked up fresh vegetables and salad greens, and she recommended the best butcher in town. The house is well equipped, with a great kitchen, BBQ, and a fantastic outdoor pizza oven. The garden is peaceful and beautifully laid out, with little pockets of seating, a hammock, and a lovers swing. Around the pool, there’s a shady pergola and five different types of chairs to relax in. We mostly ate in, but on our first night we joined locals for simple, authentic Italian food near the station. We also explored nearby Lugnano, a charming hilltop town just fifteen minutes away, where we had a superb lunch. This is the real Italy. What a fantastic house, in an even better location. Very private and amazing views. The house had everything you need, and a great pool. We also had Martin’s housekeeper cooking for us, that was very special. Martin is a great host, very responsive and proactive, he knows where to find the great local restaurants. He even gave great tips for a trip to Rome. Will come again!
