Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

Beautiful, clean and renovated apartment in every detail. Great location, a stone's throw from the main square. Very convenient check-in and check-out phases, especially for the kindness of Chiara and Aurelia, always prompt in their responses. We had a great time, so we will definitely come back when we visit our relatives in Città di Castello.

A truly magical and unique stay in a castle apartment. After 24 days exploring the beauty of Italy, our arrival at Simone's third floor apartment in the village was breathtaking. This truly magnificent setting, nestled within a castle, immediately enveloped us in a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself is not only beautifully appointed and meticulously cared for, but also boasts spectacular views across the mountain range that invited us to sit for hours, simply unwinding and soaking in the tranquility. While we ventured down the mountain a few times, we found ourselves drawn to the gentle rhythm of morning and evening walks, always culminating in a visit to the piazza to once again marvel at the stunning views Simone, our host, is simply the most considerate and attentive host I have encountered in 15 years of travel. We stayed 4 days and it was just fantastic. The arrival was hassle-free and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had electricity again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I would recommend this place to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

Piergiorgio was very friendly and even offered to make us breakfast! We had a lovely stay, the apartment is nice and cozy and looks exactly like the pictures.

The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, from the cozy linens to the spacious layout that gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every corner of the home felt intentional and inviting. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat. The stay at Mariella's Place was super. beautiful surroundings very peaceful. very nice homemade cakes for breakfast. the plus was the house dog Artù! thank you very much ❤️

Laura's place is located in a very nice neighborhood. You have a wide view into the scenery. The accommodation itself looks even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Laura and her team were totally friendly, the room was clean, nicely decorated and equipped with air conditioning (important in Tuscany). The breakfast was excellent! There is also a large pool with enough loungers for all guests. We highly recommend a stay!
