Our stay in Gregs home in Brunswick was fabulous. The home is recently renovated and everything felt fresh and comfortable. The attention to every detail was appreciated, from the beautiful linen, interesting art, healthy house plants, warm sunshine, comfy living spaces and bespoke furniture. The kitchen supplies were very much appreciated, esp as we arrived later than expected after a 4 hour flight delay ….we were very glad to settle in with a bottle of complimentary red wine. Greg was very responsive with suggestions for dinner. Thankyou for all the local recommendations . Brunswick is a lot of fun …..our stay was way too short. Thankyou Greg and Family

We really liked staying at Justin's house. It is right in the middle of Fitzroy and incredibly easy to get about, but was very quiet and clearly very safe. We really enjoyed walking around the streets of Fitzroy and eating at the local restaurants. The house is really lovely, it is light and airy and feels quite spacious. It is actually bigger than it looks from the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and very clean and everything feels new. The house is very clean and feels very comfortable and was lovely and warm, especially welcome after getting completely soaked by Melbourne rain.

Great little place. Easy instructions, easy to find, super close to tram into Fitzroy. A really nice place to stay over.

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

Naomi is an awesome host! She was so helpful and responsive and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. The house is perfect for a Fitzroy stay and so easy to get to more restaurants, cafes and fun places than you can actually visit - you need months! The house was really comfy and easy to live in. We had an awesome week!

Great location, easy access to public transport and amenities. Beautifully decorated, a lovely space to escape to.

We really enjoyed the location, very convenient for Lygon St restaurants and the tram. Very comfortable bed, good shower, well equipped kitchen, and tidy presentation. Katrina was very responsive, thanks for the stay (4 nights, one couple).

Nice airbnb in a fantastic location in Melbourne! We enjoyed the old architecture of the building and the communication with the host was easy. Recommend for anyone staying in town!

Small but comfortable apartment in convenient location- right next to train station & couple blocks to the tram. Quiet spot around corner from Sydney Rd with lots of shops and restaurants. Only one burner works on stove, so perhaps better to go out to one of 1000 nearby restaurants.

My wife has stayed at Barry and KC’s place multiple times. It’s spotlessly clean, convenient; and the communication with the hosts is clear, friendly and super helpful . She especially appreciates the small touches of kindness. keeping milk on hand, coffee, tea, biscuits, fruit and having washing powder and bathroom toiletries available for use. Highly recommend. It’s why we always book this place when in town!

Great location, just minutes walk from Lygon St, but really peaceful! Very easy space to be in and a well equiped kitchen.

Lewis went above and beyond what was required - we had long air flights across time zones so he made sure we had the instructions for the lock box. The flat is very close to lots of eateries and Lewis has details of which streets to look along. It’s close to the CBD and just opposite a large park, and the flat is lovely inside. A great place to stay.

I found the photos did not do the place justice. The Mantra hotel was clean, perfect location for Asian cuisine, free trams, shopping, and many hidden bars and cafés. The place had that classic hotel apartment vibe of a busy city; more spacious than anticipated and a real home away from home. Communication for check in was exceptional, and their attentiveness to our needs lovely. Would highly recommend, and will be using again!

This place is perfect and comfortable. So accessible and modern, close to the Fitzroy action and heaps of pubs. Bedroom was so quiet and the kitchen and lounge was so spacious. Highly recommended.

This was our third stay and once again we couldn't be happier. Jenni is a wonderful host and her place is everything detailed in her listing and more. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the bed is incredibly comfortable. If you are looking for a clean, quiet Airbnb in a great location this would be hard to beat.

This was a very safe, walkable, intimate area near Lygon Street which had a lot of amazing restaurants and coffee shops. The merchants are friendly. There’s a great grocery store two blocks away. The apartment was quiet even though near a busy street. You will feel at home in no time. The host is lovely and responsive. I very highly recommend it!

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

I had a fantastic stay at Simon’s place. The apartment was incredibly cosy, spotless and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better - right in the heart of Melbourne Central, making it super easy to get around and explore the city. I especially loved the access to the building’s sauna and gym, which were great extras to have. Simon was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. He truly made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!
