A lovely place to stay outside of Cancun situated in a small woodland of Alan's land. A wonderful atmosphere in the home - welcoming & relaxed - I felt quite comfortable there from the moment I arrived. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in and there is a street market in the local pueblo where you can buy fresh fruit & vegetables daily. Alan is a warm friendly person - he collected us from the Airport which made our 'landing' even more gentle. The room we had is large enough for 2 people to share (one double and one single bed) and there is a small pool outside for plunging. We had a sunrise trip to the beach with Alan - an amazing shard experience. Thank you for being our first welcome into Mexico!

The house and views were breathtaking. The property is highly secure and private. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and Yexaira left us complimentary wine, beer, and coffee. The house is 3-5 miles from a lot of stores and places to eat. Yexaira was tentative and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to visit PR!

Good place to retreat from the city and enjoy with friends, family and co-workers. Moisés was a very good host, helped us in many things with the oven and kitchen and also sometimes participated in our activities and enjoyed the whole group with his smile. The facilities need a bit of maintenance, but we understand that the pandemic affects the entire sector, but I know they'll fix it so it's 100%.

The stay at the hacienda was amazing. My family and I really enjoyed it. The hacienda had 4 rooms, all with air and own bathroom, two rooms even had an outdoor jacuzzi. The only bad thing about the rooms, was that in one the air conditioning was failing and ringing, but other than that, they all had sheets, soap and towels so nothing was missing. The facilities are beautiful The hacienda has a pool and game room, which although the remodeling is not finished, my family had fun playing billiards, had a table and other games. At the ranch they have cattle, several of my family took advantage and rode; experience they loved. Also, they fed the cows and pet lambs. Finally, the service was quality, Blanquita and Chucho were always attentive to us and were very kind when we had questions or needed something. I highly recommend this place, in the villages nearby there are activities.

Excellent, quiet, the river is the Best and very safe. You can take children. A very beautiful view and a very pleasant climate. It is very comfortable and spacious. It has everything that is described and more. The staff is very friendly and flexible. I will return and recommend it 💯

The place is a beauty very well according to the photographs, excess cleanliness of the place . untouched facilities, the only point to improve is that the day we went there were many flies and that will affect us the event . Exceptional customer service and communication.

Our stay at this place was amazing, 3 nights/ 4 days. A place to stay in contact with the countryside. Our trip is delayed, Estivinso is waiting for us to welcome us in the morning. It has a strategic location if you want to go to Arboletes to the beach and enjoy the scenery in Cordoba. We were in a car so from the main road to the entrance to the place we take longer than expected, in a van or 4X4 it is a 20min drive. The journey has a paved part and another uncovered part, however it is in very good condition. It is a very safe area and less than 15 minutes walking, near the estate there are supermarkets where you can get everything. The vegetation of the place is very beautiful, there are coconuts, tangerines, torombolos, bananas, yucca, yams, guavas.We had barbecue days, karaoke night, and movie nights, thanks to the fact that the place has all these facilities. Estivinso and its neighbors are always attentive to help and attend to any request.

This rental offers an absolutely unique and pleasurable experience. It's like renting a hacienda with a pool in the Garden of Eden. Each morning the hosts brought us a variety of exotic fruits and veggies straight from their plantation. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, AC worked great. Les is an exceptional host! He was very attentive and fulfilled each and every request we had. He stocked up our fridge with food. He organized a monkey river tour at half the price. He provided detailed information about the area, things to do and explore, suggested best restaurants and offered to make reservations. He was “on call” for us 24/7. We couldn’t ask for more. Most afternoons we were out exploring or playing in the pool, which is brand new and gorgeous. P.S. The photos do not do this place justice. Things are bigger and more spread out in person. We are definitely coming back!

Our stay at Rancho Don Pedro was amazing. The place was clean and just as shown in the photos. The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful, perfect for relaxing. In addition, Juan was super attentive from the beginning and made us feel right at home. He was always available in case we needed anything. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Thank you Debbie and Royce! Had a great time exploring the farm and the surrounding area - beautiful house in a truly remote spot to really feel true Costa Rica lifestyle, beautiful volcano views. Place is a little hard to get to but talking to Debbie was very easy and the directions were very clear, always fast response. Will definitely be back! Hope next time (I'll be back in about a year) you have those baby goats you were talking about.

This stay stands out as one of the most unique experiences I have ever come across via this app. After what felt like an adventure itself through jungle and unpaved roads, we arrived to the vibrant yellow home where Evalina greeted us and showed us around. Horses, kittens and the pup Flash - oh my! since the buildings are renovated there were some differences from other hotel-style Bnbs, but we were incredibly comfortable and would gladly trade some grit for glory. The horseback tour was gentle, informative and so inspiring! We felt supported yet challenged, relaxed yet excited and only wish we stayed longer. I absolutely recommend this stay for anyone seeking an adventure off the beaten path and into the pristine reverence of this forest.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, wonderful people! Have to do a horse ride it was perfect to end our trip with!

My family and I had a great stay here! The location is absolutely gorgeous. Pérez Zeledón is magical…you just need to go, but bring four wheel drive (steep dirt roads). The apartment is spacious with very high ceilings. We felt right at home. The hostess Teresita is lovely and I had the opportunity to practice my spanish. She has a little restaurant across the street where you can purchase a delicious home cooked meal. The dog that lives on the property is really sweet and enjoyed hanging out with us at breakfast time. My son really loved her (and he is usually afraid of dogs, so that is saying something). There are 2 beds and a fold out couch/chair that fit 4 of us perfectly. The balconies in the morning are amazing with views of the hillside, valley and jungle. The birds activity is insanely wonderful. I thought the kitchen could have used a little less plastic and more wood/stainless steel options, but Teresita brought us what we needed, so all good!
