A lovely place to stay outside of Cancun situated in a small woodland of Alan's land. A wonderful atmosphere in the home - welcoming & relaxed - I felt quite comfortable there from the moment I arrived. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in and there is a street market in the local pueblo where you can buy fresh fruit & vegetables daily. Alan is a warm friendly person - he collected us from the Airport which made our 'landing' even more gentle. The room we had is large enough for 2 people to share (one double and one single bed) and there is a small pool outside for plunging. We had a sunrise trip to the beach with Alan - an amazing shard experience. Thank you for being our first welcome into Mexico!

The house and views were breathtaking. The property is highly secure and private. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and Yexaira left us complimentary wine, beer, and coffee. The house is 3-5 miles from a lot of stores and places to eat. Yexaira was tentative and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to visit PR!

Buen lugar para retirarte de la ciudad y disfrutar con amigos, familia y compañeros de trabajo. Moisés fue un anfitrión muy bueno, nos ayudó en muchas cosas con el horno y la cocina y también participó algunas veces en nuestras actividades y disfrutó de todo el grupo con su sonrisa. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones, pero entendemos que la pandemia afecto a todo el sector, pero sé que la arreglarán para que esté al 100%.

La estadía en la hacienda fue increíble. Mi familia y yo la disfrutamos mucho. La hacienda tenía 4 cuartos, todos con aire y baño propio, dos habitaciones incluso tenían un jacuzzi al aire libre. Lo único malo de los cuartos, fue que en uno el aire acondicionado estaba fallando y sonando, pero aparte de eso, todos contaban con sábanas, jabón y toallas, así que nada nos faltó. Las instalaciones son hermosas. La hacienda cuenta con piscina y sala de juegos, que aunque no está terminada la remodelación, mi familia se divirtió jugando billar, tenía de mesa y otros juegos. En el rancho cuentan con ganado, varios de mi familia aprovecharon y montaron a caballo; experiencia que les encantó. Además, le dieron de comer a las vacas y acariciaron corderos. Por último, la atención fue de calidad, Blanquita y Chucho siempre estaban pendientes de nosotros y fueron muy amables cuando teníamos preguntas o necesitábamos algo. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, en los pueblos cerca hay actividades.

Excellent tranquilo el rio esta de lo Mejor y muy seguro se pueden llevar niños una muy bella vista y un clima muy agradable esta muy comoda y espaciosa tiene todo lo que describe y mas el personal muy amigable y flexible volvere y lo recomiendo al 💯

El lugar una belleza muy acorde a las fotografías, exc limpieza del lugar . instalaciones intactas único punto a mejorar es que el día que fuimos habían muchas moscas y eso nos afecto el evento . Exc atención al cliente y comunicación.

Pasamos unos días maravillosos en este rancho rodeado de naturaleza. Es un lugar perfecto para desconectarse y disfrutar en familia. La piscina es amplia y limpia, el acceso al río le da un toque especial, y todo el entorno transmite paz y tranquilidad. La casa está bien equipada y es muy cómoda. La anfitriona fue muy atenta desde el primer momento, y Daniel, el encargado, siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, respondiendo con rapidez y amabilidad. Sin duda, un lugar al que queremos volver. ¡Muy recomendado!

Nuestra estancia en este lugar fue increible, 3 noches/ 4 días. Un lugar para estar en contacto con el campo. Nuestro viaje se retraso, Estivinso nos espero para recibirnos a la madrugada. Tiene una ubicación estrategica si quieres ir a Arboletes a la playa y disfrutar del paisaje en Cordoba. Nosotros ibamos en un automovil por lo que desde la vía principal hasta el ingreso al lugar tardamos más de lo esperado, en una camioneta o 4X4 es un trayecto de 20min. El trayecto tiene una parte pavimentada y otra destapada, sin embargo esta en muy buen estado. Es una zona muy segura y a menos de 15 minutos caminando, cerca a la finca hay supermercados donde se consigue de todo. La vegetación del lugar es muy bonita, hay cocos, mandarinas, torombolos, platano, yuca, ñame, guayabas. Tuvimos días de asado, noche de karaoke y noches de cine, gracias a que el lugar cuenta con todas estas facilidades. Estivinso y sus vecinos, siempre están atentos para ayudar y atender cualquier solicitud.

This rental offers an absolutely unique and pleasurable experience. It's like renting a hacienda with a pool in the Garden of Eden. Each morning the hosts brought us a variety of exotic fruits and veggies straight from their plantation. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable, AC worked great. Les is an exceptional host! He was very attentive and fulfilled each and every request we had. He stocked up our fridge with food. He organized a monkey river tour at half the price. He provided detailed information about the area, things to do and explore, suggested best restaurants and offered to make reservations. He was “on call” for us 24/7. We couldn’t ask for more. Most afternoons we were out exploring or playing in the pool, which is brand new and gorgeous. P.S. The photos do not do this place justice. Things are bigger and more spread out in person. We are definitely coming back!

Nuestra estadía en Rancho Don Pedro fue increíble. El lugar estaba limpio y tal cual como en las fotos. El área de la piscina y el jacuzzi es bellísima, perfecta para relajarse, además, Juan desde el principio, fue súper atento y nos hizo sentir como en casa, siempre estuvo pendiente por si necesitábamos algo. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a quedarme aquí.

Thank you Debbie and Royce! Had a great time exploring the farm and the surrounding area - beautiful house in a truly remote spot to really feel true Costa Rica lifestyle, beautiful volcano views. Place is a little hard to get to but talking to Debbie was very easy and the directions were very clear, always fast response. Will definitely be back! Hope next time (I'll be back in about a year) you have those baby goats you were talking about.

This stay stands out as one of the most unique experiences I have ever come across via this app. After what felt like an adventure itself through jungle and unpaved roads, we arrived to the vibrant yellow home where Evalina greeted us and showed us around. Horses, kittens and the pup Flash - oh my! since the buildings are renovated there were some differences from other hotel-style Bnbs, but we were incredibly comfortable and would gladly trade some grit for glory. The horseback tour was gentle, informative and so inspiring! We felt supported yet challenged, relaxed yet excited and only wish we stayed longer. I absolutely recommend this stay for anyone seeking an adventure off the beaten path and into the pristine reverence of this forest.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, wonderful people! Have to do a horse ride it was perfect to end our trip with!

My family and I had a great stay here! The location is absolutely gorgeous. Pérez Zeledón is magical…you just need to go, but bring four wheel drive (steep dirt roads). The apartment is spacious with very high ceilings. We felt right at home. The hostess Teresita is lovely and I had the opportunity to practice my spanish. She has a little restaurant across the street where you can purchase a delicious home cooked meal. The dog that lives on the property is really sweet and enjoyed hanging out with us at breakfast time. My son really loved her (and he is usually afraid of dogs, so that is saying something). There are 2 beds and a fold out couch/chair that fit 4 of us perfectly. The balconies in the morning are amazing with views of the hillside, valley and jungle. The birds activity is insanely wonderful. I thought the kitchen could have used a little less plastic and more wood/stainless steel options, but Teresita brought us what we needed, so all good!
