Vacation rentals with a pool in Caribbean Sea

This was the perfect couples getaway. This villa was in the perfect location, close to the airport and about 10-15 mins away from all the hotels and local shops. I would recommend renting a car it's cheaper for sure. Jeffrey was very responsive and let us check in way earlier than planned, he also had drinks in the fridge for us which was so kind of him! We explored all the beaches and Jeffrey had some beach chairs that we could borrow which was great. If I could add something to the villa it would be a full length mirror for those outfit checks :) Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely book again.

A truly perfect experience from beginning to end. I took my mom and a group of her friends here for a 60th celebration and everyone was so blown away. We felt so safe and comfortable the entire time. All of their suggestions were outstanding. Would absolutely recommend and am planning on coming back!

I’ve had to take some time to fully articulate the experience we had. To put it simply, the photos do not do the home justice. The staff is just amazing. We had never been to Montezuma, and, what an amazing town. We had been to Costa Rica before, and if you’re looking for an authentic experience with people you trust, do yourself a favor and stay here. The home speaks for itself. It’s such a special place. Skip the popular & tourist towns and visit here. Amazing.

I can’t say enough how lovely this home was. I have never stayed at an Airbnb so well equipped. It had everything we could possibly need and more, and made travel with young kiddos so much easier. Joost provided beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, sand toys, pool toys and so much more. The kitchen had every appliance, pan, utensils you could need, and the place itself was just beautiful with the most beautiful view. This place is a MUST STAY. Thank you Joost for putting so much thought into your place it was truly the most perfect stay.

The day leading up to our stay was eventful- we got in an accident and spent most of the day in a police station waiting to complete a claim. When we finally made it to Casa Yaxunah, all of the stress and worries melted away. We immediately visited the cenote, which is the most magical place, and we had it to ourselves! We were so enamored with the casa, we immediately checked to see if we could stay another night-which we did. The tour guides Mr. Ignacio and grandson Victor were friendly and knowledgeable about the history and lore of Yaxunah, as only lifetime locals can be. Their pride in their home is evident and understandable. Ms Angelica was an amazing cook, and we had enough to feed us breakfast the next morning. Highly recommend her 3 course meal! The atmosphere of the jungle-like casa and back patio is unbelievable-the hosts did an impeccable job of remodeling and decorating. Thank you for an incredible honeymoon stay!

I am a traveler with my family looking to build lifetime memories in Costa Rica. Jose and his mother were also there available for some excellent recommendations. From where to get seafood, the best kept secret hot water springs that the locals visit, to the most scenic ATV tours and how to get a massage on their gorgeous patio by the pool. What Jose and his family have built over generations exudes pride, beauty and tranquility. We have experienced good to very bad Air Bnb experiences over the years. There is always the voice in the back of my head, "I hope the home is as nice as it is described by the description and photos. "I can tell you first hand that it exceeded our expectations. It is clear that they take pride in making everyone's stay memorable. Final note, Jerry (the private chef) and his wife are the most down to earth couple. If you want to experience Costa Rica on a next level, one bite of their creations will take you there!

Our large family had a great stay. Plenty of room inside and outside to accommodate everyone. We loved the pool and outdoor BBQ area. Host was very quick to respond and resolved our issues. The house is beautiful but it does need some TLC to freshen everything up like it shows in all the pictures. The beach is like 10 min walk and doable and there is a calmer beach on one side and waves on the other side. They did tell us that we were not allowed to use the community pool that it was only for residents which was a little disappointing.

Beautiful location and very cozy. My family enjoyed waking down to the beach every day and walking to Cheval Blanc were family was staying for a wedding. It was perfect for us.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated having security at the entrance. It was very close to many restaurants and stores. We let Javier know that the sink in the bathroom was pooling / backed up during our stay upon checking out (it was like this when we arrived but we decided we didn’t want to bother him with it while there) and he said he fixed it immediately for the next guests. Very proactive- thank you for having us!

This stay was a 10/10!! The place looked exactly like the photos- beautiful with a balcony view. I also loved how this property has multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was also calm, beautiful and had snorkeling and other activities readily available. Property is also close to Coki beach and red hook, which I found convenient because it made it easy to really pack our itinerary with as much stuff as possible while maximizing time.

Stay Cielo was an amazing host! Very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The room was just as gorgeous as the pictures, with beautiful decor and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here. We'd love to stay again!

Location location and comfortable!

We stayed 3 nights. The private pool and view is so beautiful! very safe and there's a market right across the street for everything you need. Everyone was very kind can't wait to go back!

Communication was seamless! Olga was extremely responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish! Her recommendations and tips were very helpful. I can’t thank her enough, she really made my stay even better. She literally went above and beyond! This condo was absolutely like you see in the photos if not even better in person and beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The kitchen area was pristine and stocked with important essentials. Excellent for the moments I wanted to cook something quickly. Although I absolutely enjoyed all the restaurants within this oasis. I felt safe and ventured out using the golf cart, taxis and walked throughout my stay and really fell in love with this area. I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony, waking up to the sea everyday was a dream come true. I will be back very soon! Thank you Olga for the best time ever!

the area is very nice if you want to be away from the crowds. the place was nice and spacey with the big windows everything was working and in good condition.

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

I stayed at Oscar’s place and it was the best stay I ever had. He was so helpful from start to finish, even when it came to other things such as transportation, and birthday decorations. The place is very clean and pleasant to stay at. The maid comes everyday and is so kind too. It’s very safe, and in a perfect spot. Close to the center and 10-15 min from beach. Thank you so much for this perfect experience. I would recommend this place to everyone. it’s better than any other !

This place combined both luxury and culture. Very well designed with a location that’s perfect to get around on foot or by uber. Would highly recommend

Amazing stay, we had so much fun. It is in heart of the town and close to everything. House attended were so helpful and kind. We would stay again when we come to Cartagena.

Our stay here was amazing! Perfect location in San Juan. The view was beautiful.

We stayed at Casa Maeva for six nights and absolutely loved it. This was one of the best homes we have ever rented. The house itself was spacious with plenty of room to spread out and the beachfront location was stunning. Our children loved the pool, and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside in the evening under the palapa. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. Daily cleaning service was fantastic. The house manager, Cecilia, was incredibly helpful with everything we needed while we were there. The only downide was that there was a ton of sargassum (seaweed) on the beach while we were there - obviously nothing the owners could do about that. But it does omit an odor and made beach going on the entire eastern coast pretty undesirable. We hopped on the ferry and went over to Cozumel one day to get clear beaches. I highly recommend Casa Maeva, but would advise guests to check sargassum during the time of year they are booking their trip.

Hola Paradise has it all. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Jeff and Rae made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The view from the wraparound porch is absolutely gorgeous with 360 degree views. The outdoor living space is perfect for enjoying a movie and a glass of wine after a long day at the beach. The pool was perfect for cooling off. The apartment itself is comfortable, private, and equipped with everything you might need to make the most of your vacation. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive, and the home’s central location on the west coast of the island allowed us to explore the beaches and restaurants of the north and the south easily. We had a really lovely time and are so sad to be leaving. I highly recommend Hola Paradise.
