Bottom drawer has main pots, saucepans etc. The two cabinets to the right have a rice cooker, toaster oven, etc. On the countertop you'll find a convection/ microwave oven. Please use the provided plastic splatter cover when using the microwave option. The coffee maker is to the right of this. LIVING /DINING - MODERN conveniences: 55 inch Smart TV, 1 small outdoor Bluetooth speaker, 1 indoor Bluetooth speaker, a charging station with multiple outlets, an international outlet converter, a wireless color printer, an emergency WiFi hot spot device, an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Karla is a wonderful host. She greeted us at her home and took us to our rental. She gave us a tour of the home and even left us fresh fruit & Coca-Colas. The home is beautiful but the backyard is the most magical part. Beautiful flowers and a beautiful seating area to hang out in. And the view of the river? Wow! Absolutely beautiful. My husband loved being able to walk down to the river to bird watch and my personal favorite was the tiny little frogs. It is an oasis! We had a very minor problem with some tiny ants, but Karla was quick to provide a solution. She is kind, responsive & all around the perfect host! She has also gone above & beyond to ensure that you feel safe with so many different safety measures. And I can’t forget to mention that the beds are so comfy! We all slept like babies! We love Karla and you will too!

Calling this home “little” is not quite accurate, because it is much more spacious than some of the other places we have stayed. The rooms are large and well laid out. The kitchen is a bit informal but it has everything you need. There are ceiling fans and a nice breeze that keep it cool. Lee is a great host who has lived in the neighborhood for many years. He is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is colorful and full of historical buildings. There are many parks and restaurants nearby. Overall, this home provides great value, and l highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time. The place is a short drive from La fortuna falls and walkable distance from the river. About 25mins drive to get to Arenal. Easy to find and has parking right out the door. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive away. Camilo was also very kind and gave us great local recommendations and helped us plan to make most of our time. Would definitely recommend.

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

We had a wonderful time staying at Mati’s place. It had everything you may need for your stay, clean, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We loved the rooftop pool as well as the ground floor one. The building has an extremely friendly staff and guests. Communication with Mati’s was great, he responds almost immediately. This was a great place to stay and very quiet! It is off the main road and tucked into the neighborhood of west end. We were thankful for this during Easter when there was an influx of crowds and loud music. Occasional dogs barking. The host picked us up and dropped us off from the airport and very responsive when we needed anything. We didn't end up using the kitchen but it was well stocked and thankful for the refrigerator and water provided. Hot shower as well!

Diego’s place was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The space was very clean, well decorated, beds & pillows were comfortable, the AC was amazing and the pool was just outside the front door. There was also a washer/dryer and they included the detergent which was a nice touch. Diego was super responsive and friendly. We initially had an issue with not having hot water but we reached out and we figured out how to use it properly. As 3 girls traveling, we felt very safe there with the 24 hour security (guards were so nice). After a busy & adventure filled week in La Fortuna, it was nice oasis to wind down and relax in. It’s close to the beach (3 min drive or 12 min walk). There’s a great little restaurant across the street (Soda Garabrito), as well as a mini mart and ice cream shop (Pops). On the main street on the beach there are tons of food/bar options and a cute shopping area at Jacó Walk. We had a great dinner at Lemon Zest (get the guacamole with chicharrones)! Awesome stay!

Marcos apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay. We loved the location especially for the dogs. The university is across the street. Although a fairly busy road at some points during the day it was actually very quiet and many times there weren’t any cars on the road. We loved the couch and big TV in the living room. All around a great experience thanks Marcos!

Mely and Woody’s place was just as described. Beautiful double balconies, all of the amenities you could need for a great day at the beach. The restaurant suggestions of Los Amigos and La Bamba…don’t miss these spots the food and service were too notch! The place is within walking distance of all the Cancun party fun yet far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep in the comfy bedding. Great easy check-in, and transportation arrangements were seamless. If we could give Gustavo 5 stars we would do that too! If we are ever back in Cancun we would surely stay here again.
