Dream house and absolutely stunning location! Would happily stay again

We loved at our stay. Barbara met us immediately and went over everything in the house, gave us perfect recommendations of things to do, and continued throughout our stay to ensure we were good. The house is awesome and the views simply amazing. A top notch host and a top notch home.

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated, the photos show an old bathroom with bathtub, but this is now a very nice new bathroom. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and of course exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for this and you can enjoy the beautiful large house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and that worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into town. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We traveled a lot, but we also very much enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

Had an amazing stay. House was perfect, Katya was really helpful throughout, gave lots of recommendations and replied to messages quickly. 10 min walk into town where there were lots of restaurants and cafes.

We felt very comfortable in Carlo and Paola's apartment. The reception was warm, there were even guest gifts and cakes. The location is excellent for a quiet holiday. You can hike excellently on site and in half an hour you can reach the bustling coastal towns of Lake Garda. Carlo was always available and could quickly clarify any questions that arose. Thank you for the wonderful time at your place!

Everything was great! Clean, quiet place and great views.

Classic mountain apartment furnished and equipped with everything you need! A special mention for the survival supplies and those in common use, such as salt, oil, sugar... which we did not use but which are not easy to find! We really appreciated the opportunity to arrive at the time most convenient for us, thanks to Victoria's self check-in and very clear directions. A little less so the stairs to reach the apartment and the distance from the car but only because we had three small children and a lot of luggage 😓

Great friendly host who is always responsive

Sergio's place is a haven in a beautiful setting. In early June the refuge opposite wasn't open yet, so it was a very quiet little hamlet with deer wandering through the meadows. The house is as it appears - we were lucky that we only overlapped with the guests next door for a couple of days as all the outside space is really shared. Also the house itself was freezing, and perhaps should have been opened and aired before we arrived. But it was very clean, Sergio was very helpful and it's a lovely place to stay.

We had a great time in the cottage and in the area. Everything you need. Great base for hiking in the Dolomites! :-)

A beautiful complex not far from beautiful harbor. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. We even got an upgrade to a larger apartment with direct garden access without asking. The garden is charming, partly overlooking the lake. We will definitely be back!

We had a very nice time in Sara's house. The view of Lake Garda is breathtaking! The communication with Sara's parents was friendly and attentive. We will be happy to come back!

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

Conny’s place exceeded all our expectations. The view from the balcony was magnificent and a joy to wake up to each morning. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well equipped. The swimming pool was an added bonus as we were able to cool off after each day exploring Malcesine and surrounding areas. So much to see and do. Excellent communication with Conny who kindly picked us up from the bus station and took us to her apartment to check in which we very much appreciated. We would like to return next year and would very much hope to book in at Conny’s.

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

The host is very friendly and the tourist places near us were carefully explained, the location is very excellent next to the residence, an excellent restaurant and a grocery store just meters away.. Everything was great. Thank you Claudine, my reservation has been upgraded to a nice neighboring location. We had a weekly day off and the next day was an annual holiday, June 9 However, that did not prevent us from enjoying the beautiful place I will repeat my visit to this place in the future. Francesca was a delightful host. We enjoyed talking with her when we checked in and she made our entire stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment was perfect for us. It had all of the necessities and is located right in the center of town. Francesca also made some restaurant recommendations.
