Einfach eine tolle Unterkunft für Urlaub im Tessin. Brigitte hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Sie gab uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend, die wir direkt ausprobiert haben und hat unseren Urlaub mit ihrem Wissen über das Tessin bereichert. Das Tessiner Haus ist sehr schön, praktisch und überlegt eingerichtet und bietet besonders draußen wundervolle Sitzmöglichkeiten mit tollem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und den Lago Maggiore in der Ferne. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Geräte funktionieren alle hervorragend. Auch der Weinkeller lädt zum Probieren ein. Die Kiste mit Reiseführern, Karten und Prospekten haben wir in unsere Tagesplanung immer gerne mit einbezogen. Uns hat auch die Lage des Hauses gefallen. Etwas entfernt von großen Hauptstraßen, aber auch nicht zu weit abseits. So waren die Fahrten zu den Ausflugszielen sehr angenehm und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren mit dem Auto einfach und schnell zu erreichen

We had such a great time visiting here. It was a bit of a walk to the house but very doable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Riccardo was extremely responsive during our visit too. Menaggio was the perfect area to stay at Lake Como. All of the charm and half of the crowds. We Hope to come back again someday.

Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus wurde mit so viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und eingerichtet, dass man sich da einfach nur wohlfühlen kann. Es war super sauber und die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Unser absolutes Highlight war der Hotpot unter sternklarem Himmel. Im Tal im Städchen Bioggio befinden sich die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop & Aldi). Kleiner Tipp: Der Coop Markt stellt auch manchmal Angebote bei „to good to go“ ein. Guja und ihr Mann waren sehr gute Gastgeber und immer für uns erreichbar. Sie haben uns zudem mit tollen Ausflugstipps und frischen Eiern von den eigenen Hühnern versorgt.

Michele’s Airbnb is truly exceptional! The photos are beautiful, but the apartment is even more stunning in person. We loved the peaceful setting away from the crowds—it was the perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking views. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and was especially well-suited for my dad, who uses a wheelchair. We felt so comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Como. It was hard to say goodbye!

Ich wollte ein paar ruhige Tage in der Natur verbringen und das Rustico war dafür absolut perfekt! Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet, hat eine super ausgestattete Küche und ist wunderschön gelegen. Ausserdem war Mariapia eine sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeberin. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ Our stay at the Castle Loft in Rezzonico was simply outstanding — even better than we had imagined! The loft offers an unbeatable combination of charm, comfort, and modern amenities, and the breathtaking views from the terrace made every moment special. We spent countless hours on that terrace, sipping wine and soaking in the stunning scenery — it felt like a dream. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. Communication with the owner was top-notch — always warm, friendly, and prompt. The music selection in the loft was an unexpected delight, adding to the overall atmosphere. Rezzonico itself is an absolute gem of a village — peaceful, authentic, and the perfect base for exploring the region. We fell in love with its charm and beauty. This was truly one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had, and we’d return in a heartbeat!

Milena's apartment is the perfect place to explore the beautiful region of Ticino. The apartment is really homely and has everything you could need. The bed is large and so comfortable! We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Carla’s place so so cute and cozy and had the best views. We felt right at home. She had super helpful instruction on check-in and listed several restaurants she recommended. We really liked Taverna Malanotte in Bellano. Also, the spa was great and was a highlight of our trip!

We had a serene, peaceful & wonderful time staying at Silvia’s place. We felt totally at home and we couldn’t get over how amazing the views were! The home is lovely and cosy and we enjoyed having breakfasts outside in the crisp mornings & lighting the fire in the evenings as we cosied up. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils which made it easy for us to cook our own meals whilst we were there. The pool area is stunning and we enjoyed playing on the tennis table too. We loved seeing Silvia’s animals around the grounds including extremely friendly cats, dogs & even some tortoises! Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful and she was there to personally greet us as we drove toward the property. She gave us great local recommendations and was a very polite and sweet lady. The area itself is breathtakingly beautiful, we felt like we had the place to ourselves as we wandered the streets of gravedona. Would recommend!

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

Everything was perfect!! The apartment was spacious, well furnished and so comfortable!! Kitchen was well stocked with premier utensils. The location was great to explore the waterfront and beautiful surroundings. We parked in the 30 minute lot at the head of the street to load and unload. The parking pass that he provided for us was a key benefit. We would highly recommend Stefano’s apartment and would surely stay there again.

Amazing airbnb!! truly spectacular — the photos do not do it justice. Great location in Lierna. It was beautiful and peaceful without flocks of tourists. Walking distance to anything you need. You do have to pay attention to train schedules if you want to visit other towns, but the trains are easy to navigate. Excellent quiet location to come home to after a day out. Nice quiet beach areas with gelato shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Un lieu exceptionnel avec une vue incroyable ! Cet appartement est tout simplement magique. Après une journée à explorer les merveilles autour du lac de Côme, c'était un vrai bonheur de rentrer dans ce cocon chaleureux. La vue est à couper le souffle, et l'ambiance du lieu est paisible et ressourçante. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de générosité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Franchement, on ne voulait plus repartir ! Une expérience inoubliable dans un endroit unique.

Wir waren mit unseren Freunden bei Roxana für 4 Nächte. Die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und es gibt 2 große und wunderschöne Terrassen. Die Wohnung liegt einfach ideal, sei es um in die Stadt zu kommen oder mit der Fähre weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Wir haben unsere Autos zu keinem Zeitpunkt gebraucht. Roxana war stets schnell erreichbar und wir durften sogar am Abreise Tag unsere Autos noch stehen lassen um auch noch den letzten Tag voll auszukosten. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst bei dir/euch und würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Beautiful home and even better view of the lake and surround towns. Really what we wanted to get a relaxing yet fun experience. Would definitely come again and highly suggest for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

We had an amazing time staying in this home. The place is very well equipped and the beds are very comfy. Feel right at home. The hosts provide excellent instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and bars which we enjoyed very much. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft von Simon überzeugt mit dem großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer wovon man einen außergewöhnlichen Blick über den Lago hat. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Simon ist immer gut erreichbar und hat uns zur Begrüßung mit Wein und Käse empfangen. Man hat ein kleines Stück über einen unbefestigten Weg und eine Treppe zu laufen um am Haus anzukommen, dafür ist man jedoch abseits der Straße und es ist ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We rented Mattia's apartment because of the location, description/pictures and the reviews and everything was spot-on! Mattia is the most thoughtful and helpful host that we've had and we agree 100% with the previous reviews complimenting him. He is communicative, gracious and thoughtful. The apartment was true to pictures, with incredible views and was spacious to spread out. Very peaceful and quiet in this town. It is in a small town with limited walking amenities but it provides a great base of operations for visiting the Lake Como area (we had a rental car). The apartment had all major amenities and then some, with a few thoughtful additions to make the stay extra special!

Marcus and Simona are perfect AirBnB hosts. The place is gorgeous; even better than the photos, which do not do it justice. The house was immaculate, and the most comfortable bed and linens I’ve experienced in a rental. Marcus went out of his way to accommodate us with recommendations and assistance from months before we arrived and always made himself available for help. I brought my older parents with me, who had some issues with the walk to the house - it’s about 2-3 minutes downhill and through cobblestones and rough gravel to get to the house - but worth every minute once you are there. I recommend you pack as light as possible - we had 3 large suitcases and 2 huge duffel bags plus carryons because we are on a long trip, which made it extra tough to load in and out. I actually left 2 suitcases in the car and took what we needed. Aside from the challenges because of our bags and some limited mobility, their home easily ranks in my Top 3 of all places I’ve been. Will be back!

Die Lage und das liebevoll erhaltene Haus strömen Ruhe und Erholung aus. Paola in ihrer Herzlichkeit hat auch dazu beigetragen. Wir genossen sonnige Tage und schätzten den unmittelbaren Seeanstoss. Wir schätzten die Erfrischung im See und das Sonnenbaden im Liegestuhl auf dem Rasen. Schatten spendeten die vielen Bäume. Gegessen haben wir immer draussen und in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen etc. braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful place! 100% would stay again. Easy to park and go. Amazing views and comfortable accommodations. Even had a welcome basket! Local store has wine for $4 and you can grab items for breakfast before you set out. If going downtown get there early for parking. Great dinner spots all over. Elena was the best guide to meet us and get settled in. Amazing flute player as well. We loved our villa in Bellagio!
