Although surrounded by woods and vineyards, the house is only a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) from the bus stop and a café/bakery, and a 15-minute drive from the center of Bellinzona. Bellinzona-sud highway exit is a 5-minute drive away, and the train station is a 25-minute walk away. Great for hiking and biking.

The “grottino” (NL-00003565) is a small, detached two-room house: on the first floor, there is a living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower; on the second floor, there is a sleeping area with a queen-size bed.
