Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Capodimonte

My friend and I made a last minute decision to stay over in Orvieto and we are grateful that Lidia and her team had this second floor unit available! It is close to everything and a stone's throw from Duomo.

Casa Mimosa is absolutely amazing place, surrounded by nature, very peacefull and with a stunning view! Apartment itself is kept up to the highest standards- extremely clean, functioning and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Little touches like hand made soap, bread and olive oil, selection of tea bags and a kettle, water in the fridge or cereals and milk for the breakfast made us feel spoiled and very looked after. Teresa is more like a friend than a host. She is very knowledgeable about the area and will give you tips and recommendations at any time. We loved talking with her about pretty much everything. At the same time she is very discreet and attentive. There is so much more I could say about her and Casa Mimosa... An absolute paradise! And of course cannot forget about Penny the dog- officially my husband's best friend and her new boyfriend😅

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir wurden mit einem sehr netten Wellcome-paket begrüßt. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Vielen Dank

Andrea é un host fantastico, il soggiorno é stato impeccabile e le comunicazioni facili e tempestive, non da ultimo ha gestito alla perfezione un inconveniente creato dalla persona che soggiornava con me.

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

La casa di Sere e Sara è molto confortevole, fornita di tutto e spaziosa. Molto pulita, in una stradina laterale ad una bella piazza tipica Toscana dove si trova un bar a due passi per ogni necessità. Ottimi ristoranti a due passi. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, i dintorni sono molto belli ed è vicino all'isola del Giglio, Porto Santo Stefano, Pitigliano e Sorano..Siamo riusciti a passare 3 belle giornate in maremma ed al mare..Sara è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie..Consiglio questo bellissimo alloggio a tutti!

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

Pietro is een uiterst vriendelijke host die uitgebreid alles in het huis uitlegt. Echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, kortom een heerlijk huis. De kabelbaan, of bus in ons geval omdat de kabelbaan buiten werking was, naar Orvieto is op een paar minuten lopen evenals het treinstation. De bakker is op de hoek van de straat en supermarkten zijn ook vlakbij en ook voor een pizza of een ander gerecht kun je in de buurt terecht. Al met al zeer aan te bevelen.

THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

Calcata alleine ist die Reise wert. Das Spa von Christian ist eine Oase der Entspannung. Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht und waren trotz der Fotos wahnsinnig überrascht, wie schön diese Unterkunft ist. Wir können es absolut empfehlen.

A friendly and helpful host who made us feel truly welcomed. The apartment is cozy, perfectly located, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It really felt like a home away from home.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ronciglione liegt strategisch sehr günstig , die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt,ohne Autoverkehr, nachts sehr ruhig, morgens hört man nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cinzia è un eccellente host! disponibile e presente. La casa è funzionale e ben curata. c'è tutto quello che occorre e anche di più. una sorpresa la splendida cantina di famiglia visibile dalla stanza!! Accanto la fantastica cantina Stefanoni e il centro e la rocca dei Papi praticamente sopra. insomma meglio di così??

Wonderful and scenic beautiful accommodations in a peaceful and serene surroundings. Pool on our doorsteps and felt like we had it all to ourselves, there flying swifts and surrounded by nature. The apartment had everything we needed - a well equipped kitchen, nice smelling soft towels. Cristina was an amazing and friendly host, super helpful and answered any questions we had. And we had a lot. She provided us with a steamer for us to iron our clothes for a wedding we were attending for our stay. She was clear and flexible and allowed us to extend an extra night last minute. We would love to come come back and stay again. We highly recommend this place 🤍

Lo pasamos muy bien en el alojamiento de Marco. El apartamento era espacioso y fresco incluso en los días calurosos de agosto, y estaba muy bien equipado. La piscina compartida con otros huéspedes permitía refrescarse y la casa estaba bien ubicada y con unas vistas despejadas. Radicofani es un pueblo muy agradable con algunos comercios y restaurantes, y en un radio de una hora en coche se pueden visitar muchos sitios interesantes.

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

This place is amazing! The property is a perfect. Located on a hilltop with an incredible Tuscany view surrounded by beautiful landscaping and olive trees. Extremely private and relaxing. Nearly towns are a shorts drive and great to explore and enjoy the restaurants. The room is recently renovated and very tastefully furnished, with Teresa’s artwork on the walls and perfectly equipped. Private entrance separate from the the main home. The massive clean pool was great. The hosts are awesome and the best part of my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Mauritzio and Teresa and they were very hospitable inviting me to join them at their fire, drink some wine and talk about life. They are often not there so you will be lucky if you stay when they are. Thank you both for such a great couple of days and wish you only health and happiness in your beautiful new home. I will hopefully return soon.

The house is located on a hill and you need to climb up to get to downtown but it only takes 5 minutes to be there. Via Della cava is a known location. We enjoyed the different restaurants and the local shops. We were able to enjoy Orvieto for 3 days and travel to other places very easily. We also cooked at Lucia’s house for one of our meals. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for a couple or small family who wants to enjoy the beautiful history and art created in Orvieto. The Domo is so beautiful. Don’t miss it.

Appartamento molto accogliente dotato di tutti i confort perfetto per 2 persone ambiente molto riservato e tranquillo a pochi passi dal centro .Andrea persona molto gentile e disponibile ci torneremo sicuramente!!!!

Oikein viihtyisä huoneisto kahdelle henkilölle. Maisema huoneiston ikkunasta ja terassilta on uskomattoman kaunis. Pihalla on myös suuri uima-allas, mutta harmiksemme olimme majoittumassa huhtikuun lopulla, niin allas ehti olla auki anoastaan yhden vuorokauden oleskelumme aikana (aukeaa vasta toukokuussa). Jos olet innokas ruuanlaittaja, niin on hyvä huomoida, että keittiössä on ruuanlaittoväleineitä aika rajoitetusti. Rita on kuitenkin erittäin auttavainen ja saimme paistinpannun käyttöömme heti kun sitä kysäisimme. Pihalla on myös viihtyisä grilliausalue yhteiskäytössä muiden majoittujien kanssa. Toivottavasti meillä on joskus mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, jotta pääsisimme nauttimaan enemmän myös allasalueesta.
