A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The apartment located in Portoferraio is in a quiet residential area located in a strategic position that is about 400 meters from the historic center, about 450 meters from the beach of Ghiaie and about 200 meters from the port of Portoferraio. It is easily accessible on foot from the ferry landing. There are free parking lots nearby. The accommodation is located in a villa from the early 1900s, in a green and quiet area (Porticciolo) about 2 km from the municipality of Rio Marina. It has a private bathroom, kitchen and two double bedrooms (one of which is a double), for a maximum of four people. As the property is not completely fenced on all sides, for security reasons we prefer not to accommodate pets.
