Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

La Casa di Laura, Elba Island

On the Cavo waterfront, in a unique location, a newly built attic with exposed beams, extremely bright, with a large shaded terrace overlooking the sea; large outdoor spaces, a short walk from the town and the delightful marina. The beach in front is free, while a little further on there is a small beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, and nearby you can rent bikes, scooters, cars, and inflatable boats.

The 1-room studio offers a unique sea view and is furnished with a double bed and two pull-out single beds. The kitchenette with electric stove is located away from the sleeping area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. The offer includes a free covered parking space, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, fenced garden and barbecue.

Ground-floor apartment in a villa, where there are 2 apartments. Each house has its own outdoor spaces. In the house: two bedrooms, one double, the other can be double or twin, combining the two beds. The window of the second bedroom has no view. The two bathrooms in the house both have a shower. The large living room/kitchen overlooks a wonderful sea view, facing west, therefore exposed to the sunset. The decor of the house is modern and tasteful.

The two-room apartment is located in a quiet area in the center of the island, from which you can reach both Portoferraio, the nearest town, and the beautiful beaches on the island’s north coast in just a few minutes by car. The well-furnished two-room apartment consists of a bedroom (double bed and single sofa bed), a kitchen, a bathroom, and an outdoor dining area. The property is located in a section of a rustic villa surrounded by greenery.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Welcome to our "house on the rock", a tiny and charming apartment of 28 square meters and a terrace overlooking the sea, built in the 1900 (as the whole building) on the terraces, overlooking the harbor of Porto Azzurro. Furnished with the necessary and very close from the center, it is ideal for those who want to experience Porto Azzurro and have a base from which to visit the island of Elba!

B&B Villa Costanza in Lacona - Room 5

The B&B Camere di Costanza is located in Lacona, in a sunny and quiet position from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view over two gulfs. The central location on the island is strategic for moving in all directions and allows you to reach some of the most interesting towns on Elba in about twenty minutes, such as Marina di Campo, Capoliveri and Portoferraio and their beaches.

The accommodation is located in a villa from the early 1900s, in a green and quiet area (Porticciolo) about 2 km from the municipality of Rio Marina. It has a private bathroom, kitchen and two double bedrooms (one of which is a double), for a maximum of four people. As the property is not completely fenced on all sides, for security reasons we prefer not to accommodate pets.
