Family-friendly vacation rentals in Capo Coda Cavallo

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Lovely house which was very nice and clean. Francesco was very welcoming. Fantastic views from the roof terrace, you would ideally need to rent or own a car to get to the town or beach as this is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The town has plenty of restaurants to chose from and La Cinta beach was stunning, very crowded in August but if you walk further up the beach you can easily find plenty of space. Would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Really beautiful stay, spacious and clean

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

Spectacular home with a spectacular view and a spectacular host. The house is stunning. Very well stocked and the view is amazing. Giorgio met us at the property and sat with us. He went through the home and gave us recommendations to visit. Thank Giorgio we had a wonderful time.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. The Host Elena, Bruno and Ali are wonderful people. The Accommodation is clean and well maintained. Wild Peacocks and Turtles live in the garden. It’s an oasis of calmness and peace with a nice large pool perfectly fitted into the natural environment. Overall it’s a very warm and familiar experience and located well in regards of short ways to the airport, calm beaches, nice restaurants and shopping facilities. A very special moment was when our hosts showed up in the morning on our terrace to sing a birthday song for our 2 little daughters. What a nice and lovely gesture. For sure we will come back.

We have very nice vacation days in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and conveys a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The location in the village is perfect and communication with the host is excellent. Thank you again for the very successful vacation days.

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

I did not have the pleasure of meeting Maria Lucia in person, but she was always very kind and quick to respond to any request I made. Paolo, who welcomed me, is a wonderful person, helpful and ready to give you all the information about the services available in the area. The house where I stayed is a little bohemian gem surrounded by a garden. Furnished in an eclectic and intelligent way, it also offers the pleasure of having a bed located in the patio, where you can relax in the late afternoon. Of course, the house has a regular bedroom, a small kitchenette, a bathroom, a small living room with a single bed, and two wonderful outdoor areas. The area is rural but very quiet, even for those who decide to travel alone. A 5-minute drive to a wonderful beach that I had the pleasure of enjoying on a beautiful weekend in June. I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything Paolo and Maria Lucia, especially for the pleasant energy.

Above expectations. A beautiful, spacious, and complete apartment. The view from our terrace of the pool and the sea was amazing. Quiet area. Private parking. Elisabetta responded quickly. The contact was easy and pleasant. We noticed that everything had been thought of. Everything you could think of was present. We had a very nice time and would love to come back sometime.

A wonderful stay that feels homey. Everything is available to celebrate holidays but also to prepare meals yourself. Some beach items from previous guests, also very handy. Our parasol left behind :) Two bedrooms and in the second bedroom three beds was perfect for us. Most enjoyed the outdoor area, large and cozy!A nice garden that can be closed off to the swimming pool. Everything has been thought of and is present. Within walking distance of a nice little supermarket and by car 10 minutes to the beach or the center of San Teodoro. Think carefully about protection from mosquitoes because there are plenty of them. Attention is also paid to this!Finally, a wonderful and well-maintained swimming pool, which was a paradise for our daughters!It is somewhat noisy because of the other guests upstairs and next door but not disturbing. Very nice and sweet host with good tips in the area.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

We had two wonderful weeks in Giulio's apartment – six adults and one toddler – and enjoyed the time very much! We would like to highlight the great pool, the charming little outdoor kitchen and the warm outdoor shower – a real highlight that has absolutely made up for the fact that there is "only" one large bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Communication with Giulio was excellent at all times – he was super helpful, always available and provided us with many great tips on the surroundings. The entire stay went smoothly and relaxed. We would come back any time and can recommend the apartment without reservation. Thank you, Giulio, for the great hospitality and the lovely stay!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable with Angela. As a starting point to the many great beaches, Loiri is superbly located. We got great tips for beaches and activities. We were even booked a table at the Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria (it was actually fully booked on the site). It was a great experience. The pool looked very inviting. Unfortunately, we did not use it, as we were on the beach most of the time. Our highlight in the accommodation was the great and loving breakfast from Angela. She is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!
