Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Capitol Hill, Seattle

The place was great and as advertised on Airbnb! It was a nice place to stay for a week and had everything you would need in a stay. We loved the place!

Fantastic place. I stayed here with my elderly auntie and uncle and it was perfect. Very clean, well appointed and architecturally very interesting. Light filled living room with garden views was very comfortable. Will certainly stay again.

This is a really cute, modern apartment. 10 minutes from downtown. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Somewhere between medium and plush. They have a yogasleep wave machine in the bedroom. Slept like a baby. Price was excellent value. Would stay again for sure Thank you

This is my second stay at Luke’s house and I still love it. The living room and yard are great places to relax, and the kitchen is a great place to cook. Will stay here again and again while my daughter and son-in-law live in the Montlake area.

Everything was lovely, just as described. Unit was a little hard to find but Cassandra's directions helped immensely. Quiet neighborhood but close to 522 and I5. Unit was clean, nice kitchen, big TV in living room space, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Cassandra responded to all questions very quickly. Will definitely stay here again if it's available next time we visit our kid in Seattle.

Great spot with it being so accessible yet tucked away and still feeling very private. Close to so many great food options, even late night plus brunch spots. The space is beautiful, with a nespresso coffee machine for the morning and a near instant ice maker which I have to get for my office. There’s a great washer dryer but I didn’t need to use it. Well organized as well as have wonderful aesthetics. The hosts are very helpful, providing great, succinct communication. They didn’t require much instructions before and after. That alone is worth the booking. There is a very cute spiral staircase which is not daunting, and provides a lot of charm. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and was more than happy to keep it looking nice for the next guest.

Wendi's Airbnb was beautifully kept. It is cozy, comfy and you have everything you need. We felt right at home. The location is great as well. So glad we got to stay here!

It was such a nice lovely stay. lots of adequate space for one person. i got to wake up every morning to the catio, which was the best part. Lisa is so nice, helpful and understanding. 10/10 would totally stay again.

Clean, comfy and central location! Loved being close to a cafe. Highly recommend checking out whoever is performing at the jazz alley down the street while you stay!

We had such a fabulous time at Lene’s beautiful home ! Set in the perfect location next to Lake Washington in gorgeous Madison Park, which has wonderful cafes and restaurants. Very spacious and cozy with such a lovely comfy bed and ultra pristine linen. The great kitchen has everything you need and the shower was wonderful. It was extremely quick and easy to get into downtown on the number 11 bus. Lene is such a great super host nothing was too much trouble for her and she even let us use her laundry room which was so kind of her. We would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much for looking after us x

This apartment was an amazing place to stay at while I was in Seattle for work for a few weeks. This was probably the most well-stocked AirBnB I have stayed at to date; from kitchen supplies to linens, down to even coffee and tea making supplies, Adam and Eric stocked this apartment with anything I could have needed. It's in a very quiet and cozy feeling residential neighborhood, and it was very easy to get around town using the bus system. I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Seattle!

Matthew was the perfect host. He was friendly, jovial, kind, and the perfect host. The apartment was comfortable and cozy and gave us a sense of home. The neighborhood is wonderful and a pleasure to walk in. There are several excellent places to eat in the neighborhood that are walkable. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and will be back!

We hit the jackpot with this stay. My father in law was at UWMC and Debbie’s beautiful home was blocks away. We did not need to rent a car. Took the light rail from SeaTac to University station and walked to and from the hospital. Debbie was an excellent host. Very responsive to my communication and made us feel at home. The apartment is beautiful. Had all the amenities of home. I definitely recommend!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

We've been visiting this air bnb for awhile and each time we return to Seattle we try to stay with Carly and Rene. Located in certainly one of the loveliest neighborhoods in Seattle. Close to U Village which has all the shopping and good food you might need or want when away from home. The bed is cozy, the neighborhood is quiet. There isn't anything to dislike about this space. We will continue to book this air bnb when we travel to Seattle.

Had a fabulous time staying at John's place in Seattle. This apartment was stocked with everything one could need (even a welcome basket with snacks), and the location was unbeatable. So many things were walking distance to the apartment, and I loved the cafe/donut shop right next door. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Seattle. 10/10 experience!

Had a very nice stay. Instructions were clear. Off street parking was easy to access. The immediate area felt safe. Tiffany was very responsive. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice.

This spot was in a great location and I was able to get it for Memorial Day weekend. I had messed up the amount of days I had initially requested but the host let me request to stay an extra day with no problem. I highly recommend anyone stay in this beautiful spot!

Ken's place was a great place to stay. Close to all amenities. Check-in was a breeze and he was very helpful with any questions I had.

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.

Lyle was an incredible host. The unit was in a great location, decorated so cute, and very clean. It had everything we needed! Lyle provided very clear instructions for entry and checked in with us more than once. We had a wonderful time in Seattle and would highly recommend staying here!
