We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Quiet and relaxing place, perfect for regeneration. In those places, we go back in time to when we were little, time slows down, and it is pleasant to appreciate the wonderful views and architecture of the village. The house is well maintained, clean and nice and Mrs. Claudia is very helpful. We'll be back.

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was friendly and straightforward at all times – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants – a really nice, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

Beautiful accommodation! We really liked how the interior and exterior are furnished. I particularly liked the garden. Many evocative corners to discover, with statues hidden in the greenery and small tables. Ideal location to spend a weekend in the countryside relaxing away from the city.

We spent a wonderful week with four adults and two babies in the beautiful accommodation. The house is very cozy, the garden beautiful and spacious, the view fabulous and the tranquility a pleasure. We were received in a very friendly manner and communication was very fast and helpful throughout the stay - also with regard to tips for restaurants or excursion destinations. Two days of relaxation and peace. Beautiful place. House equipped with everything. Small apartment but at the same time, spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful area for walks. Obviously, to get to the sea you need a car. The only flaw, if you have a big car, is that you can't get directly in front of the house because the road is narrow. But this was communicated in advance. We had no problem. Thank you so much Maria Victoria for everything. We will definitely be back. Greetings also to Shaggy, the house dog. Very nice.😍

Excellent accommodation close to everything on foot. The train station is less than 5 minutes away. Ideal for village visits. Fabio took a lot of time to give us tips to discover the area

What a fantastic stay we had at Fabrizio’s place! It is easy to get to, conveniently located to the train station, the beach, and numerous restaurants. The space was just perfect for us - and the best part was the outdoor space! We spent a lot of time outside on the patio just soaking in the sunshine, fresh air, and listening to the birds and the sea. If we ever have the chance to come back to Monterosso al Mare, we will be sure to stay there again! Perfetto! Grazie Mille!

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

The accommodation was very private on the edge of the village. You have to drive along a narrow, winding and sometimes steep path by car. Fortunately, there was never any oncoming traffic and the neighbors behaved courteously. For this, the outdoor area is very quiet and idyllic, almost heavenly. The highlight is the private pool with enchanting views. The hosts live directly below the apartment, but that's an advantage, as it makes communication much easier. They also have two great dogs. Mirko gave us good tips for excursions and parking, which enriched our vacation. The apartment is a sufficient size and it is furnished in such a way that you feel right at home. All in all, we had a great vacation and the accommodation contributed a lot to it.

I was genuinely impressed by this place. So beautiful! The pool is incredible, they had prosecco and limoncello for us and provided several supplies for a successful stay. I would 100000% come back here!

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views. We will be returning. Sillico is a fairly remote medieval village with a great restaurant which also has a shop/bar and exceptionally friendly owners and staff. There are a number of accessible signposted walks.

We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!

We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

We stayed at La Macina Farmhouse for ten nights in October 2024. The photos do not not truly capture how special this 16th century villa is, it is magical. There were days we did not leave the villa as it had everything we could want or need and was such a nice retreat from the cities we visited in the surrounding region. It is perfectly located in the hills above Lucca, day trips to Firenze, Sienna, Pisa, Carrara, Forte di Marmi and Parma are easy to drive to for daily adventures. The restaurants in the surrounding hills were incredible with great menus at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this property and Lucca Apartments & Villas for their exceptional service.

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Fantastic 7 days with family. Adult children bought their partners and plenty to do and see. Car essential to get around and visited Florence, Lucca, Sarzana, Porto Venere and, also old town of Arcola. Had coffee in old square following walks from villa. Lazy days at villa able to enjoy the pool, loungers and shaded areas. Used BBQ for a meal. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms well supplied with all needed. Living area and kitchen ideal for our group and had some evening meals in.
