My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely stunning bijou property. Breathtaking views (almost feel you are in the sea) - you are so close to it. The terrace garden was perfect for watching the sun go down. There is an abundance of shrubbery around the edges with the beautiful scent of jasmine everywhere. The property was spotlessly clean equipped with everything we needed. Exceptionally welcoming and friendly host(s). Cristine and her husband were so proactive in assisting with getting to the property from the car park. Overall 11 out of 10.

It’s a perfect getaway if you need to work peacefully, or if you’re a couple looking for a romantic place. There is a restaurant two minutes, walk from the house so you can really enjoy a total relax. Down the hill you can find bars and shops and the beach next to Pietrasanta. Beds are very comfortable. The division of the rooms in the house is also great and allow privacy. the balcony on which you can eat dinner and breakfast is just superb. I would also strongly recommend the place for families and for artists.

Cute bohemian place in authentic Italian village that feels like you stepped back into time. The balcony is great for coffee and views and Marco was always quick to respond and had good tips for locals attractions , thank you for the lovely time!

It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. It had everything we needed and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxing time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. Thankyou Brian (and family) for what was an unforgettable magical experience. The villa far surpassed all our expectations. The villa is beyond beautiful and oozes rustic charm, perfect for a large group. Rooms were clean and with beautiful views (on the top floor) to wake up to, so much so that it felt like a dream. Bathrooms were lovely and higher spec than expected for such an old building. swimming pool serves it's purpose, but it's in a gorgeous garden amongst olive groves....stunning. Brian and family were the perfect balance of keeping in touch and ensuring we had everything we needed whilst ensuring that we felt we had the place to ourselves, a perfectly ran operation. We arranged a dinner one evening in the house cooked by Brian's mother which was an amazing experience to enjoy such a wonderful setting with friends. thank you Brian! we already hope to return in future.

We were very satisfied with our vacation home from Stefania. Great, spacious, secluded garden with lots of olive trees. Pergola with seating area invites you to linger. The cleanliness of the place was also extremely good. The beds or mattresses were very comfortable and the bedrooms nicely furnished. Stefania provided us with many tips and recommendations. She also booked a table for us twice at the nearby Osteria di Valgiano. Great food at a low price with a great view of Lucca. Stefania responded quickly and kindly to questions. We would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely come back!

Olga's villa is absolutely stunning. Our family of 9 had the most wonderful visit. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well appointed kitchen, eating outside on the terrace, swimming in the pool, and relaxing outside on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful beauty and breathtaking views of Tuscany. Olga's place is truly special. Olga was very communicative, helpful and kind. We highly recommend her villa to others.

We had a wonderful stay, the house really felt like a home and was instantly relaxing. The whole booking and check in process was very straightforward and Giuseppe who met us to show us around the property and hand over the keys was very welcoming, kind and informative. The house has wonderfully peaceful location, with beautiful views. It has been furnished with excellent taste, and so adds to the feeling of being in a real home rather than a rental. The gardens and pool are delightful and evenings on the loggia will be remembered for a long time, we cant wait to return!

This Villa was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in as part of our family vacation to Italy. We are a group of 9, including 1 baby and 2 small children, and the Villa was perfect for our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool and the patio was perfect for our Chef prepared dinner. Thomas and Enrico were amazing hosts and super responsive to any questions. The Villa is walkable to the Towne Center, train station, and grocery store. We HIGHLY recommend the Villa and hope to be able to return someday.

We had a wonderful stay on Francesca's farm. She was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions or requests and provided some great local recommendations. The area is peaceful and remote and the farm and views overlooking the valley and Barga are breathtaking. The apartment has everything you need and was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the pool and reading and relaxing under the umbrellas. A wonderfully peaceful and memorable stay, thank you Francesca!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

So worth it to stay inside the walls. This is a great place for that!

Francesca and her kind family have created a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-grounding experience in this beautifully restored 14th-century hillside retreat in Portovenere. We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

We stayed there as family of 5 and it was perfect. 3 single beds for the kids and a Queen bed. It had a full kitchen where we could cook. It was a 5 minute walk to a big park with a fun fair and bikes for hire. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Pisa and Lucca is 30 mins which we visited. There is a car park for a small/medium car which was handy for us. Elia was very responsive and had little extra things in the house like water, milk and some snacks. I also enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds. Lovely space, felt like home.

We absolutely loved it! The views from the apartment are amazing - the terrace might be the most beautiful place to have dinner. The town is very cute and idyllic as well.

Niccolò is a super kind and helpful host both at check-in and afterwards for any requests and information during our stay! Comfortable and clean apartment, with air conditioners both in the bedroom and in the living room (much appreciated!) I was with my daughter and if we come back I will definitely remember it! Highly recommended!
