We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful time in Pietrasanta and the apartment was perfect. Very clean and everything that we needed was there. Andrea was a very nice host. Food and drinks in the fridge when we arrived was very nice since we arrived in the late evening and the supermarket was closed. It was our first time in Pietrasanta and we liked the place very much. Very quiet and not too much people. We wold like to come back to Pietrasanta and stay in this apartment.

The apartment is very nice, newly renovated, well prepared to receive guests. Simone was a host with excellent communication and provided us with clear instructions. Everything was neat, tidy, and free of clutter. The location is right in the heart of the historic center of Pietrasanta. We'll be happy to come back!

Francesca is the very best host I’ve ever experienced with Airbnb. She is a top rate communicator, responsive and helpful…Francesca clearly cares. The location of the apartment in Pietrasanta is ideal for exploring this charming town, its galleries, historic sites and wonderful restaurants, yet the apartment is quiet and private. It’s just a short walk to the main piazza. The apartment was recently renovated with a state of the art kitchen and well stocked appliances. The place is decorated tastefully with stylish minimalist decor and a great color palette. The bathroom is modern yet has lots of charm. I highly recommend the Giraffe apartment to any future guests!!!

We had a great time in Barga! The place is very centrally located in Barga with lots of great restaurants close by, which was great! Eleonora was always easily accessible and very helpful. The apartment is stylish and nicely decorated. I'd love to come back :)

This place was amazing! We had the best relaxed holiday at Nicola’s apartment. Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything you would need was provided and the plunge pool , upstairs kitchen on the fantastic roof terrace was just brilliant. We spent 3 relaxing days there popping in and out of the pool. Nicola was an amazing host, he checked in to see how we were doing, gave us recommendations of restaurants in the area. He went above and beyond by picking us up at the station on arrival and taking us back at the end of our holiday. The apartment is exactly as the photos show however better with high quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay a home from home with extras like the pool. Thank you for a brilliant stay . We will be back.

Giulia’s place was perfect for us. 15 walk from the train station and 15 walk to the tower. Giulia sent us a list of restaurants recommendations and different activities to do whilst we were there. She even stopped by to check how we were getting on. Only thing is there is quite a lot of noise from above but this was mentioned in the booking so was to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

The contact with Gabriele was warm and straightforward. The apartment is excellent and very tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable.

The location next to the train station is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre as well as for visiting La Spezia on foot. The apartment is ultra clean and the terrace is the real star of this accommodation. What a pleasure to eat out morning, noon and evening. Thank you to Carla and her husband who helped with our suitcases and strollers on arrival and departure for the train station.

Luca's apartment is in a very good location, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station while being in a nice neighborhood near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and the sofa are perfect. The living room is small but we were never there during the day. Ideal for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

A perfect place to be in the city, quiet, well-connected and equipped, an attentive and flexible host!

Luca's place helped us relax and refresh in the middle of our two week trip. we were able to wash our clothes and take a shower in a larger than the mini showers we were using in other places along the way. Luca is extremely helpful and responsive. I want to thank you very much for the great place Luca!

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

The house is really beautiful, with attention to detail and with a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the process was a little long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a little dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a well-integrated space with the rest of the place — a small disconnect in an otherwise well-kept context. Other than that, everything is wonderful: cozy environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

Just go ahead and book! You won’t regret it! We had a great time! Susie and Paolo were so lovely! Our daughter loved petting Luglio. The location is great. You can spend the whole time there secluded and surrounded by the forrest and enjoying the fresh pool or also do day trips. We even went the beach. The flat is just like the pictures! Definitely a recommendation! An authentic AirBnB-Experience! :)

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. We've just returned from a week at Casa Claudio. It was perfect in every way. We had plenty of down time enjoying the garden and pool, with easy access to Pisa Centrale to visit Sienna,Florence, Lucca,Pisa and all the amazing cities. San Giuliano Terme has its own train station 30 mins walk from Casa Claudio, really easy to navigate using the train app. we found it comfortable to walk or cycle into town for shopping, train station or Pizzeria. Really no need to have a car. The accommodation we found amazing, so clean and modern. Rooms were vast and we loved the front porch, sitting each evening and morning listening to bird song while eating al fresco, so relaxing. The pool and sunloungers were fabulous, pool perfect temperature and so spotlessly, cleaned daily. we were left to enjoy all the amenities peacefully, yet our questions and enquiries were replied to within the hour. we felt well cared for, Claudio and Irene's hosting is perfect, even a lift to the airport on going home.
