The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

We offer our guests an apartment in Pari, a pretty village in the heart of Tuscany, near the Terme di Petriolo and halfway between Siena and the sea, reachable in about halfanhour. Completely and recently renovated, it consists of a kitchen, a large bedroom, a bathroom, an outdoor relaxation space with a table. Equipped with air conditioning and all kinds of comforts, it is for 2/3 people, in the kitchen there is a single bed. Private pool shared with other guests.

The main reference centers where all the services are located are: Capalbio Scalo, 5 minutes by car and Orbetello just 10 minutes away.

The villa "Il Paduletto", located in a very quiet location, despite being in the countryside, is a few minutes from the Sterpaia natural park and the beautiful beach of Carlappiano, it is close to the town of Riotorto, where there are shops and supermarket. It has a large fenced garden for exclusive use of about 500 m2, which makes it particularly suitable for guests with pets in tow, also given the proximity of the beautiful Perelli dog beach1.
