Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. Loads of parking. Extra large outdoor living room, hot outdoor shower, hammock, marble dining table & grill to eat alfresco amongst other comforts.

Il Granaio apartment La Scuderia 6 km from the sea

The holiday apartments of “Il Granaio” are located in the countryside of the Maremma Toscana about 6 km from the beach. They were built at the beginning of the 20th century as stables for the Quadruped Breeding Center and completely renovated and transformed into rustic apartments (Scuderia) in 1999, leaving the original architectural features intact. In 2003 the renovation was completed by completely rebuilding the barn and transforming it into comfortable two-room apartments (Fienile).

Villa le Rocce - Blue Apartment (Open Space)

Beautifully furnished Open Space with swimming pool. From the terrace of the Apt. you can enjoy a wonderful view stretching from the Argentario promontory to the nearby island of Giannutri. Guests have free use of a scooter and two helmets. The apartment is 320 metres from Cannelle beach and 1,500 metres from the tourist port. “Only one word can describe the stay...AMAZING!!! In my opinion, it is the most beautiful villa on the Island.”

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Cottage "Girasole" in Tuscany

A lovely cottage in the old farmhouse "Podere Maltaia" that overlooks the Unesco's Heritage protected area Orcia Valley, surrounded by large farmyards and 3 hectares of private land that includes an outdoor swimming pool (opened seasonally, based on outside temperature - please ask to know the dates for the upcoming or ongoing summer season), garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ and parking area (not-covered, free of charge).

Central apartment, close to the beach

Newly built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UVC + Ozone lamps, I did it before Covid 19, now even more so.

Farmhouse Palazzo del Papa, with an apartment with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, equipped with air conditioning, to spend time with friends or family. On request breakfast and dinner with the products of our farm. Pool and garden wi-fi for our guests.
