House vacation rentals in Campodimele

Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Paolo's villa was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for our family of five adults. It was spacious, with super nice beds and linens, a lovely kitchen with coffee and extra water provided, along with olive oil and other cooking basics. The view from the terraces and pool are postcard beautiful! We wanted to visit Rome, but did not want to take our rental car into the city, so we stayed in Marino and drove to Augusto metro to park and ride the metro into the city. Then at the end of our hectic day in crowded Rome, we came back to our pool to refresh and relax. And then only 15-20 minutes to Castel Goldolfo for an amazing dinner overlooking peaceful Lake Albano. At every step of our visit to Marino, Paolo gave helpful advice about restaurants, grocery stores, parking for the metro, and anything else. He was an amazing, very responsive host. We highly recommend this spectacular villa for the perfect visit to Rome or the surrounding areas. We wish we had planned to stay longer!

Wir verbrachten erholsame zwei Wochen bei Salvatore. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren,wie im Inserat, beschrieben. Man braucht ein Auto, um zu einem Restaurant zu gelangen und einige Unternehmungen zu machen. Im nächsten Ort ist aber auch eine gute Bahnverbindung, um nach Rom oder Neapel zu fahren. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr ländlich gelegen. Die frischen Früchte aus dem Garten, durften wir ernten. Der Pool ist war toll. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

The villa, pool and garden were beautiful. Check in and out super easy. Saverio was really helpful, friendly and answered and any questions we had with a speedy response. We were only able to stay for three nights but would love to come again and would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Quando si dice la vacanza perfetta.. Ecco qui lo è stata!!! Casa molto bella ordinata pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta sono stati i padroni di casa, Carlos la moglie Silvana e il figlio Alessandro. Persone stupende, disponibili sempre. Mettono gli ospiti a loro agio come fossero a casa. Non solo la consiglio ma noi di sicuro ci ritorneremo.

Very beautiful house that is full of charm and culture. Friendly host with a warm welcome. Pool was the highlight!

What an absolutely lovely place! The family who run this Air BnB couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and it's just a delight with a beautiful terrace and garden where you can sit and look out over Gaeta and the bay. The rooms were so clean and we loved the separate kitchen just off the terrace as we ate outside most evenings. There's some great restaurants just a stroll away too - highly recommend La Macelleria just up to the right of the steps and close under the famous bell tower. Food was fabulous. And Emilio's which is just along the 'high street'. Also the most fabulous ice cream parlour again just under the bell tower (try 'fruiti di bosca' and Amalfi). Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Maria pia ci ha accolti con molta disponibilità cortesia, gentile e socievole. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, 3 stanze da letto, due bagni, soggiorno, cucina ampia, bel giardino a disposizione, la casa è posizionata all inizio di Terracina a 5 minuti in macchina dalle spiagge, al di fuori delle zone Trafficate. Consigliato per chi vuole soggiornare in un posto tranquillo lontano dal traffico ma vicino alle zone balneari

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole nell’appartamento di Maria, su due livelli, pulitissimo, ordinato e molto accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario (stoviglie, padelle, TV, tovaglioli), e la stufa a pellet scalda perfettamente. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla di campagna, perfetto per rilassarsi, e il parcheggio privato è molto comodo. Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha raccontato anche dei suoi Alpaca, da cui ricava splendidi prodotti artigianali

La permanenza da Michela purtroppo è stata breve, la zona è bellissima e lei molto molto accogliente e amichevole. Sono stata a Ponza con la mia amica Marta incinta di 5 mesi che ha gradito anche lei l'alloggio. Michela ci ha messo a disposizione anche uno spazio esterno dove abbiamo potuto fare joga e colazione! Ci auguriamo di ritornarci! Grazie!!!

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Sonny con degli amici. È stata una vacanza bellissima, bella casa, bello lo spazio all’esterno. Pulizia della casa impeccabile. Lo consiglierò sicuramente.

Dopo un primo di adattamento (non ci aspettavamo una disposizione della struttura su tre livelli), ci siamo trovati molto bene e a nostro agio. Chiaramente la struttura non è adatta a chi ha disabilità motorie o difficoltà di deambulazione, ma il cenare la sera sul terrazzino è davvero un'esperienza molto gratificante. La posizione è nel cuore della Gaeta portuale ed è, quindi, molto caratteristica.

Pio is a great host and nothing was a problem. The apartment was homely and comfortable and was very private, the balcony and apartment wasn't overlooked by anybody. We enjoyed time in the garden too. The village has a renowned war museum and a couple of cafes and bars as well as a supermarket, all within a few minutes walk.

Ottimo alloggio, pulito e confortevole. Esterno attrezzato adatto per le famiglie e host gentile e disponibile. La zona è molto tranquilla (pregio!) Ma per spostarsi serve la macchina

La casa è una vera chicca: esattamente come mostrata nelle foto. Pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ma soprattutto, regna il silenzio: una pace totale. Giovanni, il proprietario, è fantastico: sempre attento alle nostre esigenze, disponibile e una persona davvero piacevole con cui conversare. Se alla casa diamo 5 stelle, il giardino merita decisamente un 10 stelle…semplicemente stupendo. Un luogo ideale per chi cerca relax e vuole godersi la tranquillità della casa e del suo splendido giardino. Consigliatissimo!

Das Haus von Alessio ist etwas ganz besonders. Es hebt sich positiv vom AirBnB Mainstream ab. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert und bestens ausgestattet. Alles ist im perfekten Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll. Ich habe mich sofort zu hause gefühlt. Es wartet auch eine kleine Besonderheit auf einen, die ich hier aber nicht verraten möchte. Das Badezimmer ist hervorragend, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und das Schlafzimmer samt Bett sehr gemütlich. Ein wunderbarer Ort um die wunderschöne Gegend, den Nationalpark und die vielen anderen Attraktionen zu besuchen. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und eine Perle der Abruzzen. Man kann die Geschichte der Mauern förmlich hören und spüren. Ich habe wirklich viel von der Welt bereisen dürfen und dieser Ort und Alessio´s Haus, sind etwas sehr besonderes.

Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. Big recommendations from here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet but still in walking distance to everything you need. Thanks for this perfect vacay Cristina - just what we needed :)

Silvana è un host stupenda sotto tantissimi aspetti. Noi siamo stati accolti meglio che a casa. Porteremo nel cuore sia Silvana che il bellissimo paese tranquillo di Conca Casale. Torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Das Apartment war war sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben auf der Durchreise eine Nacht in Diegos Apartment verbracht und für uns hat es gut gepasst.
