Monte Alago Chalet • The only cabin on the mountain

🌲 Chalet Monte Alago is the only house on the mountain, an isolated refuge immersed in the park, directly in the meadows at an altitude of about 1000 meters, surrounded by woods and unspoiled nature. In the winter months (January, February and March) snow is frequent: a true holiday in the snow made of silence, clean air and nature. There are no neighbors or noise here: only total privacy and direct contact with the mountain. Ideal for couples, families, and small groups of friends.

Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. The tourist rental of Sara Jane is located in the medieval historic center of Gubbio, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The small apartment was renovated in 2021, with exposed stone and antique wooden beams, and a view that makes the stay unique! Very quiet pedestrian area. There is a kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom (possible crib and high chair for children). Free parking is 200 meters away. In the house, all the comforts for a relaxing stay!

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
