Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cambridge

Rinchen’s house is lovely - situated on a quiet street with a private garden - but also close enough to the town centre and Cherry Hinton Road that access around the city is easy. The house was well presented and completed to a very high standard, and Rinchen was helpful at every step throughout our stay.

A comfortable, well-equipped and clean flat with plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and easy access to everything Cambridge has to offer. Ashley was a great host as well — friendly and accommodating.

Great host, the family was very friendly and welcoming. Always greeted me with a smile whenever I saw them along the corridor. Definitely recommend you to stay here. Very spacious room as per photos. Overall was a very comfortable stay with no issues at all! Thank you :)

We stayed in Nicola's house as 6 people for 3 days. Even though these houses are tiny by default, we didn't feel like not having enough space. It was clean and well equipped. Everything is within walking distance and its a nice neighbourhood overall. Wouldn't hesitate coming again.

Ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt. Sehr zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig. Die Terrasse war ein ein Highlight! Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht… und sogar Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Ich bin begeistert und kann mir vorstellen, auch für längere Zeit wiederzukommen! Ein kleines Paradies in Cambridge 🥰🙏🏼

We had an absolutely lovely stay - what a quirky home! Nice and big, suited 2 single women very well, plenty of interesting books, artifacts, and artwork. Beautiful garden with decorative ornaments and pretty plants. Beds comfy with plenty of clean towels and linen available, plenty of cleaning products, dishwasher tabs and loo roll available. Small ice-tray freezer inside the fridge so make sure you don't bring too much frozen food. good sized integrated fridge and quite a few teas, coffees, sugar, etc on hand incase you run out. Open the windows if it's sunny! We loved the kind touch of the gifts: a bottle of red wine and box of Ferrero Roche. Cooker (not the hob, that's easy) quite complicated to use, but clear instructions on the inside of the door, and figuring it out was quite fun! Great location, walkable distance to Cambridge, right by the park and there are cows! Make sure you display the parking permit BEFORE unloading the car as the attendants are very quick!

Wir hatten ein paar sehr entspannte schöne Tage zu viert in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber, die Lage war sehr ruhig und trotzdem war alles gut zu erreichen. Kurze Strecke zum Bahnhof mit Verbindung nach London und zum Flughafen und die Innenstadt von Cambridge ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lou nas je dočekala prilikom dolaska. Već smo i ranije komunicirali putem poruka kroz, i dala nam je smjernice kako najjednostavnije doći do njezine kuće. smještaj je dio kuće ali je sasvim osvojen, ima osvojen ulaz, jedino je dvorište djeljeno ali ne smeta. Osjećali smo se dobro i bilo nam je lijepo.

Lovely apartment, with everything we needed, also spotlessly clean. Great location with a short walk (10 mins or so) along the river to the city centre, with some lovely pubs along the way. We enjoyed The Waterman and the Byron Bear. If you fancy punting on the river we used Let’s go Punting who were great.

It was absolute pleasant to stay in the garden studio during my visit in Cambridge. The place is just a few minutes walk to the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, perfect for a workshop I was attending. Complimentary milk, wine, and beer was in the fridge. have been out most of the time of the stay and only back for the bedtime. Probably did not notice every effort you spare to setup of the cozy space. But I did read a bit on the notes left by previous guests. The garden is gorgeous.

Cute loft, carefully furnished and with a very spacious living room! The location is very good, a few minutes walk from a supermarket and from the colleges, but very quiet. There is also a voi rental scooter/bike stop right outside that's usually stocked. The restaurant downstairs is quite good and the staff was helpful! 古典英国乡村风格的家具和摆设，床单被罩雪白，对面是剑桥学生宿舍的窗，窗台上摆的白芍药跟我们买的一样。值得回忆。

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Liz’s place and appreciated the flat and its location very much. Liz provided coffee, tea, milk and biscuits which was very nice. The flat is very clean, the kitchen and bath are roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent and we walked everywhere in downtown Cambridge from there. Also, the street is quiet despite its central location. Definitely recommend!

Very central, exactly as it says. And handy for those who know the King Street run. One good sized double bedroom. One smaller double. Comfortable beds. Good hot shower. Well equipped kitchen. Good description on the listings.

Heike's place was perfect for me and my wife! almost the whole of Cambridge is within a 20 minute drive so very convenient! The place itself is very clean and has all you need!

Would definitely stay here again. Can highly recommend the Annexe at no.9. Well laid out interior with great facilities and equipped to a high standard. Really appreciated the full bowl of coffee pods and food and drink staples on arrival. The private garden is secluded, quiet and well kept, ideal to relax in. Very well situated for Cambridge City centre and amenities, all within easy reach either by car or bus. A definite 10/10 for us.

I particularly liked all the old teacups and saucers and small plates. All in keeping with the era evoked by the old pictures and books. Great kitchen and shower, too.

Another fabulous visit. This is truly a wonderful place to stay. Thank you, we hope to be back again next year.

I've stayed at Orchard Apartment before during a work trip and it was great to be back. The place is peaceful with fantastic views over the fields - a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day. I met Rob this time who is friendly and welcoming. I would happily stay again. :-)
