The queen sofabed in the living room is much more comfortable than most. There is a safe infant bed. Washing machine & dryer inside (no fee). Fully-stocked kitchen with dishwasher and gas range. Air conditioning. Rational cancellation policy: if it gets rented by someone else after you cancel, I'll issue a refund.

This 3rd floor suite is less than 2 miles west of Harvard Sq. You'll have exclusive access to the space, which has a full bathroom and kitchenette. There is a queen bed suitable for two people and the couch in the living room converts to a bed for one. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe, and has a lot to offer. Public transportation (bus) is a 5 minute walk. The trip to Harvard Square is 10-15 minutes. I live in the home downstairs and am available should you need me during your stay.

Our location is hard to beat: close to both subway and bus with many excellent restaurants in walking distance. Located in Central Square, we are also an easy walk to Kendall and Inman Squares. For runners and walkers, the Charles River paths are 0.5 mile away. This unit features hardwood floors and nine foot ceilings. The private back deck is very popular.
