We had an amazing time. I never wanted to leave. Salem feels like home to me and I’m hoping this won’t be my last visit as it wasn’t my first. But the location was prime this time for walking everywhere. The time of year was perfect. Perfect weather. Perfect trip. Thank you Phil and Jocelyn !

Spacious home in a very quiet neighborhood. My coworkers and I stayed here for a business trip, and there was plenty of room for all four of us. Tons of food delivery options. We were able to rest well during our stay!

This is a fabulous Airbnb for a large group. We were an extended family group of 8, and it was perfect. It's a beautifully furnished old house, with a user-friendly living area on the main floor, and 2 floors of bedrooms upstairs. There is lots of space to gather and enjoy the evening, with a well-stocked kitchen and dining area, which was great for making dinner for 10 people. But with space to get away to the bedrooms if desired. The bedrooms were what we expected, one huge, one small and 2 medium sized, just as described. All comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were great. There was convenient free parking for our 2 cars. It was easy to walk to the T to get into downtown Boston, or easy to drive in. We loved our stay here, and were the envy of our friends! Our only negative is that it was hard to control the temperature, as it is a lovely old house on 3 stories, so the downstairs could be cold or the upstairs too hot, but we worked with it, no problem. We loved our stay, highly recommended

Diana is a very responsive and kind host. We had a designated parking spot in the back, avoiding the hassle of finding parking. The airbnb was very clean and all of the listed amenities worked. If you are planning to stay in Boston, this is the place to be, as everything is driving distance. Just keep in mind that this is on a 3rd floor walkup. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was incredible! We were in town for my daughter's graduation. The home was clean, comfortable and full of charm - a perfect blend of warmth and elegance. The neighborhood was quiet and picturesque, perfect for our family. Kim was incredibly kind, responsive and thoughtful - making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing and stress-free visit. Every detail made if feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend these accommodations. We couldn't have asked for better. We'd love to return again!

Love, love, love this home. We were in town for our son’s Harvard graduation. You enjoy sweeping top two floors of a classic old house (almost mansion) but freshly painted and classic. Great kitchen, separate dining room we used to set up post graduation reception that opened into lovely living room. Chill open back porch to hang out in the fresh air. Super friendly diverse neighborhood where we actually made friends, including Jason at a nearby high-end wine and liquor store and the crew at Brasica (deserves a Michelin star). But the rock star foundation of this AirBnb is the downstairs tenant, Ryan. Such a kind, friendly, funny, responsive person. He must be visiting Jamaica Plains from another planet astronomers call AWESOME. I am blessed with a gorgeous beach villa on a remote cove in Baja Sur, Mexico. I’d host Ryan and his partner for free he was such a great help. Yes, I will stay again.

The home was in a very nice and quiet area of town with groceries, gas and restaurants a short walk or drive away even in during busy hours of Boston traffic. The home was actually larger than expected with two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Everything was clean and ready for us with a well equipped kitchen and filtered water. There was a nice booth area to eat as well as counter seating and a dining room. We only had three in our party, but you could comfortably house a much larger family in the rental. We have a few more trips planned to Boston this year and will book this first if it is available, would like to stay again.

Great stay, house perfectly as advertised, super cute and great for a big group. John was easy to reach and was able to accommodate an early check-in and a late check-out. Would come back again!

Stayed at Sonnys place for a concert at Gillette with a bunch of friends. 15 mins down rt 1. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Great place with a larger group for any event in the area. Thanks again!

We were a group of four guys on a sports-trip to Boston. The location was perfect, 30 minute drives from Downtown, Foxborough and Boston College. Lovely neighbourhood, quiet and nice walks nearby. The house was as described in the listing, plenty of space for four, clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen.

I loved this Airbnb. I was in Boston for my nephews graduation. The home was perfect for family. Trang was very accommodating. We had an early check in and it really helped us. I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

This was perfect for our week long trip to Boston. Walking distance to bus stops and train station. We had 6 people and there was plenty of space and enough bathrooms. We went in June so it was a little warm at night but they did have fans. They are having accommodating. I loved how they didn’t have a long list of things that needed to be completed at the end of the stay. Super responsive! And yes there is a key for the doors but if your whole party isn’t together you can leave key in lockbox so it’s not a big deal. There were two smart televisions. And we left a wine opener at the house for future guests! But they have everything else you might need. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was amazing to stay at. It was big enough to accommodate my friends for the Red Sox game we attended nearby. We appreciated the extra amenities and nice touches. The beds were comfy and overall was a great stay. Cannot wait to come back to enjoy again!!

We loved our stay! Jenny’s place was a great deal for my group of eight 30 year old women to come together. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The TV was big and easy to work for group JackBox games. It was well kept and clean. One note - the fridge water and ice dispenser is not hooked up so bring water if you don’t like drinking from the tap.

Very nice home and we enjoyed staying at the home for 3 days. There are a couple of minor areas to address in the home like AC upstairs for the hotter days. It suited our large family well and location was terrific and hosts Roger and Ethan did a great job making us feel welcome.

Excellent location! Great stay for a family away from home! House was magnificent and modern. Beautiful upstairs with an open layout and a downstairs living room. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Close to the Newton center to access the (T)rain so Boston is easily accessible. Great communication with Amir! He responded quickly with any questions I had! Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

We stayed for a graduation for our son and the house comfortable accommodated our entire family including parents/ in-laws. There was a creek in the back, pool, Firepit. We had fun playing pool (billiards) and darts. Nice Kitchen with new appliances. The 3 bedrooms are nice in size and we never felt cramped accommodating us all. The host communicated very quickly and was sooo nice. We unfortunately won’t be in Boston in near future however if we did and needed the space we would book again.

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Thoroughly delightful stay. Spacious. Immaculate. Comfortable. Generously stocked by Maxine with refrigerator and pantry items. Super comfortable beds and linens. Hosted an extended family dinner and had everything we could possibly need in kitchen and cabinets. Already planning our return. Maxine is communicative, responsive, helpful. She clearly enjoys hosting and providing guests with a positive experience. Thank you, Maxine!

We celebrated our son’s HS graduation with friends and family. The house was amazing. The space is beautiful and works great for gatherings. Very close to everything we needed. Love this space would recommend to any guest in the area.
