Super location - park across from front door, access to public transportation. We were very comfortable as there was lots of space for children. This is not a great place to cook except simple items or grill but lots of dining options available.

Susan was an amazing host! Her property was immaculate. She was extremely helpful when we needed a last minute adjustment to accommodate a family member. All around great experience.

This was our second time renting this place and again it did not disappoint. We love this apartment and hope to return many more times. It’s such an amazing location and the perfect spot to enjoy the beach. It has everything we could want/need.

I LOVED my stay here! I stayed here for my birthday trip to Boston with two other people. The view was insanely good for the price. We loved how cozy the place was, especially the couches. An uber to the city was around $20. Patricia was so sweet and gave recommendations of things to do in the area. Parking was free which was so helpful. My only complaint is me and my boyfriend stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and noticed there was a door in the room. We opened it and realized it was an unlocked entrance to our room from the downstairs, where other people were staying. The door had a window that wasn’t covered up very well either. We locked the area so no one could get in, but it was a little uncomfortable knowing we could’ve been sleeping and someone could’ve walked up there if we didn’t notice and lock it. Would 100% recommend just make sure those doors are locked!

My family of 3 visited the area for a college graduation. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy. Our favorite was the deck with a view of the river. It was also fun to see a swan and cute doves curled up in the birdhouse in the rain. Pity we were only in the home about 15 hours, but graduation necessitated an early checkout. This home can comfortably host 10-11 people. Anything one would need in the kitchen was provided. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere. This is a great base for a larger family visiting the region.

Cole’s home was cozy and big! It was the perfect size for our family of six! Lots of space to relax, have privacy, eat meals together, and play in the yard. The kitchen provided everything needed for our meals and it was easy to use/navigate. The location of the house was in a very nice neighborhood and it was very peaceful. Cole and his wife came over on a couple occasions just to check in on us and to say hi. That was really nice. We would highly recommend Cole’s place to any family! Five star stay <3

Perfect place for our group of 6 to stay whiling visiting family. Walkable to many local attractions and having a parking space was luxury after driving to many of the surrounding towns. Kitchen was stocked with perfect amenities (my kids loved the snack selection and I was thankful for the coffee bar). Would definitely stay again if we return to Swampscott.

Beautiful home, spacious, bright, clean, and just as pictured. Sue was incredibly helpful, responsive, friendly, and super easy to work with. Loved being able to walk down to the beach and restaurants. Love the ocean view from the balcony (although initially thought the house was right on the water and it’s a block or so away). Kitchen was well-stocked. The master bedroom has beautiful light but bring an eye mask if you don’t like bright early sunshine. It’s really a beautiful home and we loved staying there!

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

Bre was great! She was super responsive and was good with tips for places to go to in Salem when we asked. She also provided a manual for the stay that had tons of recommendations of things to do in and around the area. The home was exactly as it looked and was super duper cute, we also loved being able to come back from our time out and have a nice cozy place to stay.

I wanted to take my mom to the Boston area and settled on just south of Boston I was lucky to come across Asha’s Airbnb listing. We had the most wonderful relaxing enjoyable stay far better than any hotel in the area . The house is exactly as stated super well appointed. Asha thought of everything to make guests comfortable and we truly enjoyed three days of beautiful sunny weather… So much so that we did not even set foot in Boston. Asha, thank you for a five star stay and we will definitely be returning maybe even this summer

Loved our stay at Diana’s place- we were celebrating my bachelorette party. It was nice to be so close to downtown Salem but also on a private street- it’s walkable or a 5 min or less uber drive away. The place has really cool water views out the windows! We had a small fire alarm issue but Diana was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend trying the sauna it was very relaxing!

Thank you for sharing your home! I found this a very convenient location to the T which brought us right to downtown Boston. I especially appreciated the umbrella that was left for use in the living room as I forgot mine and it was a rainy weekend. This apartment was spotless and I loved the espresso machine!

We had an amazing stay. The home looks as depicted in the photos. Beautiful spaces indoors and out. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager, Jay, lives nearby and came over upon our arrival to show us around the property and make suggestions for things to do in the area.

Spiro was an awesome host. He met me when I arrived, showed me around, and even offered to help me bring stuff in from my car. His home was so clean. I loved the historic photos on the fridge and he had a ton of great books too! The balcony was probably my favorite part with the view of the water. It was also easy to park my car in the street right in front of the home where I could easily see it. I would definitely stay here again.

I would return without hesitation! Charley responded quickly and warmly, shared info that personalized our stay. The space was lovely, clean, a great layout, with wonderful light due to skylights. Great location with an easy walk to town and walking paths along the bay. Could not have asked for better!

The location was perfect, close to main attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. Gary was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel right at home.
