We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly what we needed , clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. They really made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We spent an amazing 4 days in the apartment celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. Everyone loved the apartment, the views are to die for, great amenities, high quality furniture and plenty of spaces to sit and relax, even in winter. Would love to come back!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Dankzij de duidelijke uiteg hebben we alles goed kunnen vinden en wisten we makkelijk waar we onze auto gratis konden parkeren. Dit zorgde ervoor dat we rustig ons weekend in konden zetten. Fantastische locatie waar alles dichtbij is.

Zu zweit hatten wir hier eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Der Check-in war sehr einfach. Mit dem Auto ist es perfekt zu erreichen. Zum Bus sind es 15 Minuten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich, für Tierliebhaber genau das Richtige. Eine Bootstour in der Nähe können wir wärmstens empfehlen! Das Haus ist direkt eben einem Kuhstall gelegen. Für Privatsphäre ist mit Rollos und Vorhängen sehr gut gesorgt. Es war sehr sauber und in Küche und Bad waren die wichtigsten Dinge vorhanden. Auch als große Personen konnten wir beide gut in dem Bett schlafen. Es war nachts vielleicht etwas sehr warm, da oben kein Fenster ist. Das Sofa ist für zwei Personen ausreichend, könnte aber etwas gemütlicher sein. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und freundlich. Nils und Vera haben wirklich einen schönen Ort für Gäste geschaffen, die ein paar Tage in einer sehr schönen Gegend verbringen wollen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter!

We recently had the opportunity to visit the wonderful city of Alkmaar and chose to stay at Nonney's apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there - it's a cozy and lovely place, the apartment is clean and spacious, with its own courtyard, which made our stay even more comfortable. We could enjoy breakfast or dinner outside when the weather was nice. The apartment is located not far from the city center and the bus station. It is equipped with everything you might need, including kitchenware, and even delicious coffee and tea. Nonney is a very kind and attentive host - she provided us with all the necessary information about interesting and useful places in Alkmaar and was always happy to respond to any of our requests. We definitely recommend this apartment for your stay.

AMAZING week long stay!! Home is beautiful and in great location to walk to everything we needed. 15 min walk from Amsterdam central train station, lots of canals, cafes, & bikes!! Anne Frank House close. Perfect spot to enjoy King’s Day!!! Home is just as described, clean, had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive and provided great recommendations!!

This was our second stay at the apartment and it was just as good as the first. The apartment is light, bright and spacious. The location is perfect; close to town but super peaceful. Anke is a brilliant host and makes you feel most welcome.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Mädels-Wochenende in der Unterkunft! Das Haus war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Wohnbereich, in dem wir abends lange zusammensitzen konnten. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Host war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Chalet! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen ein – perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Chalet wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und ruhig gelegen. Insbesondere der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Küche gut organisiert und ausgestattet.

Kein steriles, kommerzielles Ferienhaus, sondern ein Wohlfühlort! Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt an diesem sehr persönlichen Ort, mit vielen künstlerischen Kleinoden, der Gmundener Keramik, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche... Rund ums Haus verschiedenste Außenplätze, zum Sitzen, zum Liegen, zu jeder Tageszeit ein Sonnenplatz. Die Lage war wunderbar, direkt am Strand, am schönen Pavillon Noord. Wer die Region noch nicht kennt hat von hier alle Möglichkeiten: Die Dünenlandschaft gen Norden zu erkunden, der Künstlerort Bergen ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso Alkmaar oder Egmond. Wir sind bestens erholt in den Alltag zurückgekehrt!

Eine sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung in absoluter Nähe der Stadtmitte von Alkmaar. Caterina hat uns herzlich empfangen, alles gezeigt. Tipps für die Stadt gab es dabei (danke nochmal dafür). Check in hatte sich ein wenig verzögert da Handwerker, die draußen beschäftigt waren, noch nicht fertig waren, aber Caterina hat das offen kommuniziert und uns mit Sekt und Knabbereien entschädigt 😀. Wir waren zu viert und sollten wir nochmal Alkmaar besuchen, würden wir gerne die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet, besonders die nagelneue und hochwertige Küche hat uns begeistert. Sogar Strandspielzeug für die Kinder war vorhanden. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was perfekt für entspannte Tage am Meer war. Auch die Lage ist super – sowohl Amsterdam als auch Alkmaar sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Babys im Haus unter der Kastanie und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Vorgarten ist wunderschön und auch hinter dem Haus kann man schön sitzen. Mit Krabbelkindern wäre die Treppe sehr steil und nicht gesichert. Für uns war es ok. Ein Babybett war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Astrid war total unkompliziert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich persönlich empfangen und hätten auch schon früher in die Unterkunft gekonnt. Der nächste Strand ist eine Viertelstunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Alkmaar erreicht man gut mit dem Bus. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns in dem Häuschen von Martine sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den vielen Fenstern und Glastüren aus, selbst im Schlafzimmer, hat man einen tollen Blick in die Natur und auf der schönen Terrasse gibt es unterschiedliche Sitzgelegenheiten, sogar mit Blick auf eine kleine Pferdekoppel. Das Häuschen ist hübsch eingerichtet und die Küche toll ausgestattet. Mit dem Fahrrad mussten wir nur die Straße überqueren und waren direkt in schöner, fahrradfreundlicher Umgebung. Bei jedem unserer Anliegen hat uns Martine sofort weitergeholfen - wir können uns keine bessere Gastgeberin vorstellen! Danke noch einmal für alles! Auch für den schönen Willkommensgruß! Es war eine tolle Zeit!

Yafit and Jerry’s apartment was everything we wanted and more! Such a beautiful spot and well equipped. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the outdoor seating area after a long day of sight seeing in Amsterdam. On our first day we explored Zaandam on foot and on the bikes provided at the apartment. We visited nearby Zaanse Schans which was great! The other two days we spent sightseeing in Amsterdam which was easy to reach on the train. We loved our trip and we would happily stay here again!

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Thank you so much for such a wonderful few days. Hope we'll be back again!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Words cannot express just how fortunate we were to find this place. Amanda is a fabulous host, responsive, friendly and so welcoming. The location is excellent, a short walk from the centre of town and likewise to the train station. So peaceful and handy amenities on the doorstep. The accommodation is so clean, stylish and homely, it could not have been improved. Thank you Amanda, you made our weekend truly special.

Els war sehr flexibel, was die Anreise anging. Sie war äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr sehr aufmerksam in Form von kleinen Annehmlichkeiten wie Getränken und Snacks. Sogar Fahrräder wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren positiv überrascht.

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

Soggiorno perfetto! La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben arredata, esattamente come nelle foto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ci ha permesso di prepararci dei pasti come a casa. L’host è stato gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Consigliatissimo, torneremmo volentieri!

My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.
