Welcome to our vacation home. The vacation home is located behind our private home. The house is suitable for two people. You have your own entrance, and behind the house, you have a spacious green private garden at your disposal with a sunny terrace. The house is 500 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the supermarket and the cozy village square. In the village square, you can find bike rental, bakery, drugstore, ice cream parlor and restaurants. On the beach, there are 6 pavilions.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (10, 13, 16 and 18 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. De sfeervolle woonkamer is heerlijk licht en door de glazen pui, voorzien van zonnewering, over de volle breedte van de living kunt u de gehele dag genieten zowel binnen als buiten. Met de dubbele tuindeuren kunt u de woonkamer optimaal met het terras verbinden. Naast een grote eettafel/bar is er een royale zithoek met flatscreen TV. De luxe open keuken is volledig uitgerust met kwaliteitsapparatuur zoals een vaatwasser, oven en een koelkast.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!

Luna Beach House is a cozy, warmly furnished house for 4 people, energy-efficient and equipped with every comfort. It is a complete house with 2 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Amsterdam is only 15 minutes away by public transportation. Cities like Alkmaar and Haarlem even the Dutch beach, are easily reachable from this beautiful location.
